CNP というプロジェクトについて（6/17）

デジタル城下町

今加わっているお城は3城だけだが、今後加わる予定のお城が30城以上ある
最初のお城である犬山城ももう少し踏み込んだ形の展開を計画している
CNPのマカミを活躍させる場所になっている
普通に自治体と連携していくのは非常に難しい
自治体の課題を一つ解決するサービスとして加えてあげることで受け入れやすくなる
今は3つのお城から加えていく段階
今まではNFTをGETしてアプリにアクセスする流れだった
NFTを入り口にしてしまうと広がりに足枷になってしまう
アプリをダウンロードして町民になる
NFT化することができる（売買・あげることが可能になる）
町民証の仮発行をLINEでできるようにする
その後アプリダウンロードで本発行となる
NFT化することにもう少し価値を持たせたい
NFT化すると他のいいことが起こるかもしれないようにしていく
NFTをフロントに置いていた
最初に入手してもらう形にしていた
NFT自体への理解が必要となってしまう
後ろにずらすことで理解をせずとも導入が進められる
ゲームなどの価値をNFT化することで他のところへ持ち出せるようになる
NFTはそうしたツールになっていくのではないかと感じている

CNPというプロジェクト


みんなでIPを育てていくプロジェクト
CryptoNinjaというIPを育てていくプロジェクトでもある
その手前にCNPというIPを育てていく形になる
みんなで少しずつIPを育てていき価値を上げていく
みんなで少しずつ上げていければと考えている

CryptoNinjaからCNPに移行した理由


参加した人に価値の還元がしたい
CryptoNinjaだと広域すぎた
CNPの価値をホルダーに還元していく形にしていく
最初の1年間はスピード勝負だった
みんなで育てていくところが大事
みんなで育てていくところを待っていたら流されて埋もれてしまう
そこで運営として独断的に展開を進めていった
形を作ったところをみんなで盛り上げてもらう形になった
形ができてきたのでみんなで使っていこうとういう形に戻している
何人かで動かしていく形になると、数の力で勝てなくなる

他のIPとの違い


コミュニティ・数の力がある
少人数の力で戦ってしまうと、競争力がないため負けてしまう
みんなが分散的に動いていくことでCNPの価値を高めていく
そこで初めて他との競争力がついてくると考えている
2022年7月くらいからやってきた
みんなで動いていく中でたくさんの汚れ仕事が生まれてくる
ホルダーの中では汚れ役を請け負ってくれない
汚れ役として運営がいると考えてもらいたい
IPの価値をつけていく形はいろいろな形でできる
様々な形で関わってくれる企業が参入してきてくれている
CNPはなぜこうした形をとっている
他のプロジェクトは資金源があったり集め方がある
集めたお金を使う形ができる
CNPはゼロから生まれているもの
ゼロから生まれたものに少しずつ価値をつけていって価値が二次売買が積み重なって今の形ができている
ゼロから生まれたものはほとんどない
その楽しさを楽しんでほしい
誰かがやってくれる形ではなくキャラクターを使ってプロジェクトに対して何かを残してもらいたい
何かに使って価値を乗っけていってほしい
CNPは資金調達をしていない
みんなの力を少しずつ集めて展開していきたい

Digital Castle Town


Only 3 castles have been added now, but there are more than 30 castles to be added in the future.
The first castle, Inuyama Castle, is also being planned for a more in-depth development.
This is a place where the CNP's Makami can play an active role.
It is very difficult to work with local governments in a normal way.
Adding a service that solves one of the local government's problems will make it easier to be accepted
Right now, we are in the process of adding three castles.
Until now, the process has been to access the application after obtaining the NFT.
If we use NFT as a gateway, it will become an obstacle to the expansion of the service.
Download the app and become a citizen of the town
Can be converted to NFT (can buy, sell, and give away)
Temporary ID card can be issued on line.
After that, downloading the app will result in the main issue
We want to add more value to the process of becoming a NFT.
Make it so that other good things may happen when converting to NFT
We were putting the NFT up front.
We were trying to get it in a way that people would get it first
It would require an understanding of the NFT itself
By moving it to the back, we can introduce it without understanding it.
NFTs can be used to take the value of a game, etc., to other places.
I feel that NFT will become such a tool.
We have also applied for the Good Design Award.

A project called CNP

A project to grow IPs together
It is also a project to grow an IP called CryptoNinja
CNP is a form of IP that will be developed in front of CNP.
We will raise the value of the IP by raising it little by little.
We hope to raise the value of the IP little by little with everyone.

Reasons for moving from CryptoNinja to CNP

We want to return value to those who participate.
CryptoNinja was too broad
We want to return the value of CNP to the holders
The first year was a game of speed
It's important to grow together
If we waited for everyone to develop, we would have been swept away and buried.
That's why we took the initiative in the development of the project.
Once a form was created, we asked everyone to get excited about it.
Now that a form has been created, we are returning to a form where everyone can use it together.
When a project is run by a group of people, it is difficult to win by sheer force of numbers.

Differences from other IPs

There is a community and strength in numbers.
If you fight with the power of a small number of people, you will lose due to lack of competitiveness
CNP's value will increase as everyone moves in a decentralized manner
This is where we believe our competitiveness will grow.
We have been working since July 2022.
A lot of dirty work will be created as we all work together.
Holders will not take on the dirty work
We want people to think of the management as taking on the dirty work.
We can add value to IP in various ways.
Companies that are involved in various ways are entering the market.
Why is CNP taking this form?
Other projects have their own sources of funds and ways of collecting funds
We can use the money we raise in different ways.
CNP is something that has been created from scratch
The value is added little by little to what was created from zero, and the value is accumulated through secondary sales and acquisitions to what it is today
Few things are born from zero.
I want people to enjoy the fun of it.
I want people to leave something behind for the project by using the characters, not by having someone else do it for them.
I want people to use it for something and add value to it.
CNP is not fundraising.
We want to gather everyone's help little by little and develop it.
