CNP素材屋CNPのこれからの展開を考える（4/24）

今日はラフォーレ原宿でのポップアップストアの打ち合わせ。
会場に行きたくなるような仕組みを作ろうと調整中。
会場に行くと何かいいことあるような調整をしていた。

市況

コントラクト移行に向けて大詰め。
4/26に画面切り替え。
コントラクト移行で取引を差し控えるような画像に切り替わる。
4/29の0時に新しいコントラクト移行したものがエアドロされる。

最初は運営から発注して200点の素材を作ってもらった。
今は自由に使えるように開放している。
たくさんの人が使ってくれて日常生活の中にCNPが出てくる頻度を増やしていく。

【使う人を増やす施策】
公共機関で使っていく取り組みに組み込んでいきたい。
ふるさとCNPとも合わせて今度行う自治体を先に作って用意する。
以前行った鳥取市であれば、
どんな素材が欲しいかヒヤリングし、
砂丘の素材を用意して自治体に提供する形はどうか。
CCCとの基本合意から店舗活用できるPOPを提供するやり方はどうか。
自治体や企業との連携で既存のものと入れ替えていくのを狙っていきたい。
今は個人使用レベルだが、団体・企業に入れ込んでいきたい。
