CNP 明日のリリースの予告します（9/24）

東京ゲームショー



CNPはブースを出すとかではないが、ゲートボックスが出店している中に応募してみた。
ゲートボックスの中で出店したような形でCNPが露出した。
デジタルフィギュアを作ろうとしているようなプロジェクト。
四角い箱の中にモニターを入れて、3Dのキャラクターが住んでいるような感じになっていた。

CNPはデジタルパートナーとして自分の友達を作っていく方向でもアプローチしている。
このやり方で自分のパートナーが入っていくのも面白そう。
パッケージ側・フレームに当たる側を工夫していくことで今の技術でも十分なサービスができあがる。
スマホの画面を見る光景に慣れているが、BOX内にキャラクターが動いているのはまた新鮮な環境。
テレビを大人数で見る時代があった。
時代が進みスマホやタブレットなども含めてスクリーンが増えている。
この辺りがAppleなどのゴーグルは意味ありそう。
スクリーンが溢れている状況だが、ゴーグル一つで解決していく。
スクリーンがゲートボックス化となってフィギュアとして陳列する使い道になっていく将来が来るのかもしれない。

フロアからしっかりと拾ってくれている動きがある。
フロアを落としていくようなリスト者があと1点だけになっている。
リスト数：222体
プロジェクト状況としては着々と進んでいる。

NFTの95％が価値がない？


様々な見方・使い方のうちから投機的な意味合いで見られている人が多い。
投機的な価値はコントロールできない部分。
プロジェクトの地力作りとして、価値があるものをNFT化していくことを進めているのがこの1年。
売り買いのバランスだけで成り立っているのは心許ない。
CNPというプロジェクトはリアルワールドアセットとして実際の価値が存在していてこういう価値がある、その価値をみんなで保有しているという話にしていきたい。
NFTに価値がある/ないの話からは脱したいと感じている。
真ん中に価値があるもの（誰から見ても価値が生まれている状況）としてプロジェクトを進めていきたい。
価値を生んでいるプロジェクトとして進めていきたい。

既成事実を積み上げていくしか方法ない。
周りが理解してくれないことに反応しているのは無駄。
周りは色々と言ってくる。
既成事実を積み重ねていき、うまくいけば周りの目が変わってくる。
そうなるように進めていく。
中心にある価値（誰から見ても価値が生まれている状況）をしっかりと作っていく。

CNPの新しい価値創造プロジェクト。

監修業務。
CNPプロジェクトを進めるのはできるが、キャラクターの管理していく体制が整っていない。
そこの業務をCNPホルダーに委託してチェックしてもらい、報酬を支払うことを展開しようと考えている。
CNPがIPビジネスとして育っていき、キャラクターを使いたい企業が出てきて使われることが前提。
たくさんの人に伝わり、商品化に関してCNPオーナーが認めるかどうかのチェックをしていく。
インターフェイスをCNNを真似して作成している。

CtoEプログラム


キャラクター自体が展開されていく恩恵をホルダーが直接受けられる。
チェック業務は自分の持っているキャラクターしかできない。
沢山キャラクターを持っていると依頼が多くきて有利になる可能性がある。
特定キャラクターに特化して保有していても面白い。
なんのキャラクターのオーナーになっていくのか？の選択肢も増えていく。
✅チェック業務を担うのはどのキャラクターがいいのか？
✅仕事が来るのはどのキャラクターが多いのか？
収益はチェック業務の総額で設定されており、業務参加者で按分する予定。
対象のキャラクターを持っていると、報酬条件が有利になる。
ETHの数値でアカウントに溜まっていく。
どこかのタイミングでウォレットに引き出すことが可能。
自らの個体をマーケティング活動や商品化に繋げていきたくなる。

金融庁や弁護士に相談した理由


配当になっていくかどうかが不明だった。
配当を配っていくことは法律上できない。
NFTがまず証券ではない。
クラウドワークス的なものとしてホルダーが受注する仕事となる。
プロジェクトに参加しているという気持ちもさらに強くなっていく。
CtoEはNFTの価値ではない。
CNPというプロジェクトそのものが価値になっている。
NFTの価値の話を今しても意味がないと感じている。

クローズドのコミュニティ内（ジェネラティ部内）では先行してアナウンスしている。
10/1からの施策についてのアナウンス
CNP側から見るとCNPがリーチできなかった層にリーチできる。
CtoEプログラムにも繋がっていくプロジェクト。
企業の中にCNPをうまく取り込んでいく。
いろいろな連携をしながら企業活動の中でできなかったことができるようになっていく。
全国規模の話になるのでぜひ注目してほしい。

Tokyo Game Show

CNP did not set up a booth or anything, but we applied to be one of the gateboxes that opened a stall.
CNP was exposed in the same way as if we had opened a stall inside a gate box.
The project looks like they are trying to make digital figures.
It looked like a 3D character living in a square box with a monitor inside.

CNP is also approaching this project in the direction of making your own friends as digital partners.
It would be interesting to have one's own partner in this approach.
By devising the packaging side and the side that hits the frame, a service that is sufficient even with today's technology can be created.
We are accustomed to the sight of a smartphone screen, but it is a fresh environment to see characters moving inside a box.
There was a time when TV was watched by a large group of people.
Times have moved on and the number of screens has increased, including smartphones and tablets.
This is where goggles from Apple and others seem to make sense.
There are so many screens out there, but a single pair of goggles can solve the problem.
Screens may become gateboxes and be used as figurines to be displayed in the future.

Market conditions

Floor: 0.38 ETH
The movement is picking up well from the floor.
There is only one more listee that would drop the floor.
Number of listings: 222 units.
Steady progress is being made as far as project status.

Is 95% of the NFT not worth it?

Many are viewed as speculative out of a variety of views and uses.
Speculative value is the part that cannot be controlled.
As part of the project's groundwork, we have been working for the past year to convert what is valuable into NFTs.
It is not heartening that the project is based solely on the balance of selling and buying.
We want to talk about the CNP project as a real world asset that has actual value and has this kind of value, and that we all hold that value.
I feel that we want to get away from talking about NFTs having value/not having value.
We want to proceed with the project as one that has value in the middle (a situation where value is being created in everyone's eyes).
I want to proceed with the project as one that is generating value.

The only way to do this is to build up the existing facts.
There is no use reacting to what people around us don't understand.
People will say a lot of things.

Supervisory work.
We can proceed with the CNP project, but we do not have a system in place to manage the characters.
We are considering outsourcing this work to CNP holders, having them check the characters and paying them a fee.
The premise is that CNP will grow as an IP business, and that companies that want to use the characters will emerge and use them.
We will check whether or not the CNP owner will approve of the commercialization of the character by communicating it to many people.
The interface is being created to mimic CNN.

C to E program

The holder directly benefits from the development of the character itself.
The checking work can only be done with the characters you have.
If you have many characters, you may get many requests and gain an advantage.
It is also interesting to specialize in owning a particular character.
What kind of character will you become the owner of? You will have more choices of what kind of character to become the owner of.
✅Which character should be responsible for checking duties?
✅Which character will receive the most work?
Earnings are set at the total amount of check work and will be prorated among the participants in the work.
The more eligible characters you have, the more favorable the reward conditions will be.
The ETH value will accumulate in your account.
It can be withdrawn to the wallet at some point.
You will want to connect your own individuals to marketing activities and commercialization.

Why did we consult with FSA and lawyers?

It was unclear whether or not it would become a dividend.
It is not legal to distribute dividends.
NFTs are not securities first.
It will be a crowdsourced work that the holder will receive as a crowdsourced work.
The feeling of participation in the project will be even stronger.
C to E is not the value of NFT.
The project itself, CNP, is the value.
I feel it is meaningless to talk about the value of NFT now.
