CNP スペース連続21ヶ月


どのプロジェクトがいいのかわからなかった
CNPはちゃんとやるということをアピールする必要があった
自分お口から伝える必要があった
次にCNPJが出てきて何のプロジェクトかわからなくなってしまった
そのため差別化を図るためにスペースを始めた
CNPのみの話にしている
NFT全般の話をするスペースはたくさんあるため、差別化するためにもCNPのみにしている
1日休むと続かなくなりそう
ただこのスペースに救われている気がする
会社は経営する人と雇われている人に分かれる
気持ちよく働きたいと思うがなかなかうまくいかない
CNPプロジェクトはそうした会社にあるような関係がないため救われている
CNPホルダーに対する情報共有会
情報共有すらも公開することでノンホルダーの方も聞いてくれていつかはCNPに繋がっている

このままずっとやっていくのか？


今はAMAもCNPに関係ないものはお断りしている
やりながら調整していきたい

2021年ごろからNinja DAOに参加した
ブロックチェーン自体には少し勉強していた
FiNANCiEの國光さんも参加していたものにいた

2021年5月ごろにはCNPのルーツ的なものとなるBAYCが発売された
コミュニティ制を持ち込んでいた
2021年の11月にPixel Heroが始めたが日本では賭博法に接触しないかとハラハラしてみていた
Ninja DAOでも作っていこうと考えてCNP構想が始まった
NFTをアートを伝える手段としている
コミュニティ形成として新しいものを作っていこうとしていた
NTPはアート寄りの展開をしていた
アートなのかコミュニティなのか？真ん中を狙っていた
その間にSoudanが海外市場に入って行った
CNPはNFT観点で言えば国内マーケットに対してアプローチしていた
BAYCみたいにNFT保有者をコミュニティメンバーから持っている人を仲間としていくことから、ファンからパートナーへという目標設定が明確にされていることが特徴のひとつ。
みんなでやっていこうという目標がありみんなで動いているものは当時少なかった

BAYCと何が違う？


BAYCはデザインとキャラクター
BAYCはアートの文脈を踏んでいるがCNPは最初から名前のあるキャラクターがある
kゃらくたーとしてみていくと猿を展開していくのは難しい
ひとつ一つのサルを応援していこうとするのは難しい
キャラクターとして設定されているのは珍しい
カラフルというプロジェクトが近い
素体のバラエティがたくさんある
キャラクターのパターンもたくさん用意している
一人1体でいいが、CNPはたくさん持ってもらい揃えてもらうことを取り組んだ
NFTマーケットが当時少なかった
その中に22,222体を出すためにたくさん持ってもらう施策を打った
キャラクターに背景を入れなかった
背景は作ってもらっていたが使わない形でコレクションができていった
背景を透明にしたPNGにした状態でNFTにして表示されるかどうかも心配だった
背景がつくと一つの作品となってしまう、キャラクターを打ち出すために外した

勝ち確状態をいかに作っていくかが大事だった
これまでのセールスと違うアプローチ
そこからCNPを使ったファンアートコレクションCNPJが出てきた
CNPが希薄化するかCNPというブランドが強化されていくのかどっちに転ぶかわからなかった
CNPの姉妹プロジェクトが出てくることでCNPにアテンションを集められた
事業展開をNFT売買以外でも考えて進めていた
NFT売買自体は少しずつ収まっていくため、それ以外の収益を作っていく
NFT自体の話ではなく事業展開の方が多かったかもしれない
