CNP今晩はコントラクト移行です！（4/28）

CNP Villains

前回はトランザクション詰まりがあったので結果として
40分近く完了するまでに時間がかかった。
今回は処理がややスムーズになり、20分で全てのトランザクション解消。
即完売。
LINEのオープンチャットでコミュニティが形成されている。
ぜひ中でアイコンに設定してコミュニティで盛り上がってほしい。
公式CNP LINEアカウントから告知をするかどうかで迷った。
Villainsがどれだけ盛り上がってくれるのか心配だった。
告知をせずでも売り切れた。
二次流通も取引されている。
第一弾のCNP Villainsと合わせて230件売買されている。
二次流通は4,500円〜10,000円くらいで流通している。

CNPコントラクト移行


今のCNPホルダーのウォレットに運営からエアドロップする。
現在のコントラクトCNPを無価値化する。

おそらくOpenSea上ではHiddenの中に入っている。
古いものを捨てて、新しいものへ移行する。
ホルダーがすることは特にない。
コントラクト移行期間に売買されていると、ややこしくなる。
スナップショット→エアドロが正確にできなくなる可能性が高い。
そのため、この期間は売買を推奨しない。
今は売買せずに静かに待っていて欲しい。
この辺りを狙った詐欺が発生してくる。
Twitterではすでに詐欺のURLが流れている。
一切やることはないので詐欺に気をつけてほしい。

【懸念点は2つあった】

・ガス代
移行コスト（22,222点をトランスファーするガス代）が高騰する。
デプロイするコストが高騰する。
予算は作ってある。
極端に超える形でなければコントラクト移行を実施する。

・Blur問題
Blurの中に「Bit」機能がある。
いくらだったら買うという機能が実装されている。
CNPに対して5,000ETH Bitされていた。
0.5ETHなら、1万点購入するというBitが入っていた。
コントラクト移行したら、無価値のものにBitしていることになる。
→Bitできないように処理してくれた。
コントラクト移行前のCNPに対してのBitがなくなるので懸念点が解決した。
少しだけOpenSea上でのオファーが残っている。
基本的には取引中止して欲しい。
かなりの高確率でコントラクト移行を行えそう。
今後他のプロジェクトもコントラクト移行をするのではないかと思う。

結局コントラクト移行前に何やった？
プロジェクトに関する合意形成。
CNPの場合は、運営が進めるのではなく意見を集め、メリットデメリットを洗い出した。
ホルダー投票にて決定し、運営が実際に行うことになった。
短期・長期・個人・事業といった様々な視座がある。
現CNPホルダーは長期的な視座のもと、今回は合意形成ができた。
海外プロジェクトでは、こうした合意形成は難しいのではと感じる。
過半数で進めると、離脱していく恐れが出てくる。
CNPではほぼ100％の合意が得られたので進めていく。

Last time there was a transaction jam and as a result it took almost 40 minutes to complete.
This time the process was somewhat smoother and all transactions were resolved in 20 minutes.

The community is forming in the open chat on line.
We hope you will set up an icon inside and get the community excited.
I was not sure if I should make an announcement from the official CNP LINE account or not.
I was worried about how much excitement Villains would generate.
Even without the announcement, it sold out.
Secondary distribution is also being traded.
Together with the first batch of CNP Villains, 230 have been traded.
Secondary distribution is circulating at around $4,500 to $10,000.

CNP Contract Migration

Airdrop from the operation to the wallet of the current CNP holder.
The current contract CNP is made valueless.

Probably in Hidden on OpenSea.
Discard the old one and migrate to the new one.
There is nothing in particular for the holder to do.
It gets complicated if they are bought and sold during the contract transition period.
There is a high possibility that the snapshot -> airdropping will not be accurate.
Therefore, we do not recommend trading during this period.
Please do not buy or sell now and wait quietly.
Scams targeting this area will occur.
The URL of the scam is already circulating on Twitter.
There is nothing to do at all, so please be careful of scams.

There were two concerns.

・Gas migration cost
(gas cost to transfer 22,222 points) will soar.
The cost to deploy will skyrocket.
The budget has been made.
If it is not too much, contract migration will be carried out.
・Blur problem
There is a "Bit" function in Blur.
The "Bit" function is implemented in Blur.
The amount of 5,000 ETH Bit for CNP.
If it was 0.5 ETH, there was a Bit to buy 10,000 items.
If you migrate the contract, you are Bit to something worthless.
→They processed it so that it could not Bit.
The concern was resolved because there would be no more Bit against CNP before the contract migration.
A little bit of the offer remains on OpenSea.
Basically, I would like to see the transaction stopped.
It looks like we will be able to do contract migration at a fairly high rate.
I suspect that other projects will do contract migration in the future.

After all, what did you do before the contract transition?

Reached a consensus on the project.
In the case of CNP, the management did not proceed, but collected opinions and identified merits and demerits.
The decision was made by a holder vote, and the management decided to actually do it.
There are various perspectives: short term, long term, individual, and business.
The current CNP holders were able to reach a consensus this time based on a long-term perspective.
I feel that such consensus building may be difficult in overseas projects.
If we proceed with a project with a majority, there is a risk that they will leave the project.
In CNP, almost 100% consensus was reached, so we will proceed.
