CNP いろいろ締め切り迎えてます（10/28）

voisy収録3本実施と来週からの打ち合わせ準備。
相手の持っている課題を解決する提案をしていく。
どういう課題を持っているのか？
ある程度仮説を立てて構造的な問題を洗い出しながらWeb3（NFT・コミュニティ・IP）を活用して解決できるような提案をしていく。
具体的な話はまだできないがうまく進められるように善処してくる。

おむかえマカミ会の盛り上がり・仮想通貨の盛り上がりからの一服感。

トレジャースタンプ：2917点（残り）
LINE NFTやLINEなどでもトレジャースタンプの案内が流れた。
既存ファンに届けていくだけでは魅力的ではない。
CNPを知らない人にCNPのキャラクターを届けるのがLINEスタンプを販売する目的になっている。
販売のタイミングでLINE・およびLINEスタンプで告知予定するはずだった。
ただシステムトラブルもあり告知が流れてしまい販売ロスにつながっている部分はある。
完売してからの値上がり期待も一部ある。
NFTもそれ以外の使い方・期待が出てきている。
数量限定して販売を煽っていくやり方もあるが、今回のトレジャースタンプはそれには該当しない。
しっかりとしたユーティリティを設けてデジタルアイテムとして販売している。
即完売するのはもちろん嬉しいが、長期スパンで販売を薦めていきたい。

ゲームに使えるNFTを大量発行・高単価で販売している。
即完売するような設定にはしていない。
NFTを極端な希少性を作って販売するのではなく、デジタルアイテムとして販売をしている。
完売する=成功、完売しない=失敗　ではない

売り場で売り切れが出ると喜ばない
もっと売れるはずだったのに機会損失になっている。
もう少し最適化できる数量を準備する
NFTの使い方が増えてきたため、デジタルアイテムとしての販売であれば完売させることがゴールではないと感じている。

Rium


前のバージョンは屋敷としての風格が強かった。
外観を変更したため行きやすくなった。
Riumに登録しているアイコンが表札等に表示される予定。

11/3〜5期間限定オープン。
ある条件を満たすとCNPキャラクターが家に来てくれる。
CNPを持っていてNFTを飾れるところにCNPキャラクターを飾るとキャラクターが来てくれる。
飾るNFTを変えれば違うものが現れることもできる。
巻物を今は忍者屋敷NFTに入れて拡張させていく予定だが、家具NFTを額に飾って家具を出してもいいかとも考えている。
ゲームトークンも中に保管していく流れになっている。
家の中限定のボイスチャットができるのでオフィスみたいに使ったりゲームで遊ぶなどの使い方ができる。
忍者屋敷を持っていなくても持っている人についていけばゲームが遊べる。

みんなで一緒に遊べる状況になっているので楽しめる要素が増えている。
11/3〜5でスコア競うイベントもやっていきたいと考えている。

I can't talk about specifics yet, but I will do my best to make it go well.

Information about the Treasure Stamp was also circulated on LINE NFT and LINE.

There is a way to stimulate sales by limiting the quantity, but this treasure stamp does not fall into that category.
It is being sold as a digital item with a solid utility.
While we would of course be happy to see it sell out immediately, we would like to recommend selling it over a long span of time.

They are selling NFTs that can be used for the game in large quantities and at high unit prices.
They are not set up to sell out immediately.
They are selling NFTs as digital items rather than making them extremely scarce.
Selling out = success, not selling out = failure

It is a lost opportunity when we could have sold more.
Prepare quantities that can be optimized a little more
As the use of NFT has increased, he feels that selling out is not the goal if the product is sold as a digital item.

Rium

The previous version had a strong style as a mansion.
The appearance was changed and it became easier to go there.
The icon registered in Rium will be displayed on the nameplate.

Open from November 3 to 5 for a limited time.
CNP characters will come to your house if you fulfill certain conditions.
If you have CNP and display a CNP character in a place where NFTs can be displayed, the character will come to your house.
If you change the NFTs, different ones can appear.
I plan to put the scrolls in the Ninja House NFT for now to expand it, but I am also thinking that I can decorate the furniture NFT with frames and bring out furniture.
We are also in the process of storing game tokens inside.
You can use it like an office or play games with it because you can have voice chat only inside the house.
Even if you don't have a Ninja House, you can play games if you follow someone who has one.

The situation allows everyone to play together, which increases the enjoyment factor.
We are also planning to have a score competition event from November 3 to 5.
