CNP Ordinalsについて話します（8/22）

RICURがサービス終了する。
サンリオのライセンスを受けてハローキティなどを出していた。
サービス終了につきNFTの画像データはどうなるか？
自分たちが所有しているIPFSに転送した形で残していく様子。
自社のサーバーに画像が残っているプロジェクトはIPFSでデータ転送していればサービス終了しても使えるようになる。
どういうNFTが欲しくなるのか？という話を裏Road Showで話している。

フロア：0.49ETH
リスト：177体
海外NFTが荒波に揉まれている。
NFTの価値とは？何で設計されているかが反映されている。
Pudgy Penguinsがライセンスとして価値が紐づいているので値段が変動しにくい。
期待値が高いとフロア価格が大きく変動しやすい。
海外NFTのボリュームが大きすぎてみているだけしかできない状況。
CNPはBlurの転がし売買から3月に抜け出した。
海外で今なお続いている転売騒動からは抜け出している。
コントラクト移行をしていなければかなり難しい状況になっていた。
コントラクト移行していた結果、その後起こった事件が最小限で防げた。
海外NFTはbotterが入ってしまい既存NFTの価値が破壊されていく。
PFP系のプロジェクトが何の価値を持っているのか？きちんと示していることが非常に重要。
「アートとして」の価値もありだが、どういうアートの評価をされるか。
評価軸により価格が不安定になる。
もう少し安定させたいなら別の価値観が必要となる。

イメージ的にはNFT事業はトリリオンゲーム。
NFTプロジェクトはまだ立ち上がっていない会社の株を買ってもらうところから始まるような感覚。
何の事業やるかすら決まってない段階から会社の株を買ってもらう。
何でこの会社の株を持っているのか？という価値を後付けで足していく形の話。
元々価値を生み出せるNFTプロジェクトに人を流しているような感覚。
その裏で複数の価値をつける活動をしていく。
CNPは元々IPを作っていく方向性が決まっている。
会社としての評価をしてもらいながら、やる事業（CNPはIP）を見据えながら価値がついてきているように感じている。
IP事業の見通しを見てもらいながらなんとか買い支えてもらっている。
OpenSeaのニ次流通問題が残っているが、NFTを持っていることの価値を作っていきたい。
ニ次流通から上がってくる収益をプロジェクトに活かしている。
ロイヤリティの話があるものの、それ以外を組み立てていく必要がある。
何でNFTが必要なのか？という話は作っていかないと今後プレイヤーがいなくなってしまう。
いなくなると人口が減っていく一方になってしまう。
NFTを使うメリットをきちんと生み出していきたい。

CNPLand

9マスの中央エリアが先行公開できるように申請中。
サンドボックス内で注目が集まる状況にまで持っていきたい。
メタバースという扱いになるのか？Web3ゲーミングジャンルになるのか？
注目していきたい。
どういう活用の仕方をしていくと、プロジェクトとしてプラスになっていくのか考えていきたい。

バーニンウォーズキャンペーン

バーニンウォーズ次の開発をどこまでやるか？
アプリの開発費用が非常にかかる。
広めるのも大変。
何をどういう順番でどこまで開発するのか？
プロジェクトの予算に対して大きなチャレンジとなる。
反応が上々だったので次の展開を考えていきたい。

CNP Ordinals

売り物というよりはオンチェーン上で保管してもらう形で誕生。
保管してもらう人（キャンペーン対象者）に送付完了した。

どういうコンセプト作品にしていくのか？
制作を誰にお願いするのか？
制作をしてもらう
抽選（募集）する
送付するまで時間がかかった。

ドットのクリエイターでCryptoNinjaのファンアートにも作っていた方で絞っていった結果、今回のクリエイターはta2nb氏に依頼した。
今回OrdinalsはPFPの扱いにしなかった。
PFPプロジェクトはすでにイーサリアムにあるので位置付けを被せないようにした。
リーリーというキャラクターが100年後も残っていくような形にしたかった。
ta2nb氏の得意の作風に仕上げてもらった。
コスプレ感があるのがCNPらしさ。
キャラクターの5バラエティ制作してくれた。
100％リーリーの裏の色を100種類用意した。
日本の色を用意した。
ルナは発送中。
月内には発送完了するはず。
他のキャラクターも作ってもらっている。
今後どのような形でルナとリーリー以外のキャラクターを使っていくか考えている。
発送できなかった人がいる。

Talking about CNP Ordinals (8/22)

RICUR is ending its service.
It was licensed by Sanrio to produce Hello Kitty, etc.
What will happen to NFT's image data upon service termination?
The data will be left in the form of transfers to IPFS, which they own.
Projects that still have images on their servers will be able to use them even after the service ends, as long as the data is transferred by IPFS.
What kind of NFT would you want? We are talking about this at the back Road Show.

Market Status

Overseas NFTs are going through a rough patch.
What is the value of NFT? It reflects what it is designed for.
Pudgy Penguins are less likely to fluctuate in price because their value is tied to them as a license.
Floor prices are likely to fluctuate widely when expectations are high.
The volume of overseas NFTs is too large to do anything but watch.
CNP got out of Blur's rolling trade in March.
It is out of the resale racket that is still going on overseas.
The situation would have been much more difficult if we had not made the contrakt transition.
As a result of the contrakt transition, the incidents that occurred afterwards were minimally prevented.
Overseas NFTs are getting BOTTER and the value of existing NFTs is being destroyed.
What is the value of PFP-based projects? It is very important to show it properly.
There is value "as art," but what kind of art will be evaluated?
The price will be unstable depending on the axis of evaluation.
If you want to make it more stable, you need a different value system.

Image-wise, the NFT project is a trillion dollar game.
The NFT project is like starting with the purchase of shares in a company that has not yet started up.
You are asking people to buy shares in a company at a stage when you have not even decided what you are going to do.
Why do you own shares in this company? The value of the company's shares is added after the project is completed.
It is as if they are sending people to an NFT project that can originally create value.
The activity will be to add multiple values behind the scenes.
CNP originally has a fixed direction to create IP.
I feel that value is being added while having the company evaluated and looking ahead to the business (IP for CNP).
We have managed to get them to support our purchase while looking at the prospects for the IP business.
The issue of secondary distribution of OpenSea remains, but we would like to create value by owning NFT.
We are making use of the revenue from secondary distribution for the project.
Although there is talk of royalties, we need to build on other aspects of the project.
Why do we need NFT? If we don't create a story about why NFT is necessary, there will be no more players in the future.
If there are no more players, the population will continue to decline.
We want to create the benefits of using NFT.

CNPLand

We are applying for a central area of 9 squares to be open to the public in advance.
We would like to bring it to the point where it attracts attention in the sandbox.
Will it be treated as a metaverse or in the Web3 gaming genre?
We will keep an eye on it.
We would like to think about what kind of use we can make of this project and how it will benefit the project.

Burnin' Wars Campaign

How far do you want to go in developing the next Burnin' Wars?
The cost of developing the application is very high.
It is also difficult to spread the word.
What to develop, in what order, and to what extent?
It will be a big challenge for the project budget.
The response has been very positive, so we would like to consider the next steps.

CNP Ordinals

CNP Ordinals were created to be stored on the chain rather than sold.
We have already sent them to the people who will store them (campaign targets).

What kind of concept work will be created?
Who will be asked to do the production?
Ask them to do the production
Drawing lots (recruiting)
It took a long time to send it.

After narrowing it down with a dot creator who had also created for CryptoNinja's fan art, we asked Mr. ta2nb to be the creator this time.
Ordinals did not handle PFP this time.
The PFP project is already in Ethereum, so we did not want to cover its positioning.
I wanted to make it so that the character Leelee would remain after 100 years.
I asked ta2nb to finish the work in his signature style.
The sense of cosplay is what makes CNP unique.
He produced 5 variety of characters.
He prepared 100 varieties of colors for the back of the 100% lee lee.
Japanese colors were prepared.
Luna is in shipping.
The shipping should be completed by the end of the month.
We are having other characters made.
We are thinking about how to use characters other than Luna and Leelee in the future.
There are people we could not ship to.

We will contact them individually and send them.
