CNP リアリティーショーの先が見えてきた話（5/27）

前節

CryptoNinjaは誰でも自由に使えるIP
ビジネス規模によっては違うものになっていく
CNPはCryptoNinjaを使わせてもらっている
CNPのキャラクターブランドを企業に対して自由に使ってもらい、ロイヤリティを徴収していく展開をしている
そこを形にしていきたい
企業や自治体にうまく使ってもらえるようにしていきたい
NFTのイベントには出展していない
ライセンシングジャパンには出展している
CryptoNinjaとCNPの棲み分けが伝わってほしい
みんなが同じ動きをしてしまうと同じ結末を迎えてしまう
ためわざとずらしている
CNPの進み方としてリアリティショーがある
その先が見えてきたように感じている

デジタル城下町

町民NFTを持っている人のみが入れるチャンネルがある
今はまだ始まったタイミングなのでほしい人はすぐに購入できるが、お城が増えていくので入手できなくなっていく
支援者限定のフォーラムも作成した
課金をしてもらう構図になっている
課金をしてNFTを育てる要素がある
課金すると収益が生まれてくる
課金者が支援者となり、メリットを提供していく
どのように還元していくか？
ディスコードのように専用チャンネルを用意していこうと作成した
プロジェクトの今後の展開などを支援者限定フォーラムで投稿していくことをしていきたい
スタンドFMの限定URLでも案内していきたい
今後いろんなお城が加わっていく（30城以上）
10,000実際に発行してみて、全てを発行していく必要がないと感じた
初期の発行枚数を絞って、今後参加していく時に広げていきたい
CNPフレンズがベースとなって開発されているため開発コストが安くすんでいる
NFTを持ったから何ができるというものはすでに必要ない
NFTというものが機能として裏側で稼働している
それを通じて何ができるのかが大事
ユーザーと接する機会を増やしていくことが大事
体験自体が価値になっている
そこを感じてもらえるように進めていく

CNPリアリティーショー


基本的にはWeb3プロジェクトの中で、みんなんで育てていく体験をやっているものと感じている
作り込まれた作品ではなく、リアルの描写が大事になっているが、今までもこれからも変わらない
ただ構造が少しずつ変わってきているように感じている
中心として動いていたのは運営だった
バーニンウォーズの作成
運営で仕込んで、周りのみんなが拡散していった
やらないとIPとしての魅力が多々なかったが今少しずつ変わってきている
CNPを使ってリアリティの演者が運営以外にも増えていきている
モノリスが立ち上がりトレンディングカードを作成・展開する
どんな形になっていくのか？興味を持ってみていると思う
（50トークンくらい保有していれば優先権利がもらえるかも？）
CNPの運営が動きながらやるリアリティショーから
CNPを使って別の人がやっているリアリティショーが増えてきたと感じている
一番組しかなかったものが、他のチャンネルが増えてきたと感じている
ハゴロモの絵本プロジェクト「劇団CNP」もそれにあたる
CNPを使っていろんなチャレンジをしていく過程でNinja DAOやCNPコミュニティとの接続が大事になっていく
チャレンジを応援したり手伝ったりとして関わっていく
チャレンジ自体がコンテンツとなり広がり協力して手伝って広がっていく流れにつながっていく
トレカプロジェクトのマーケティングとしてイケハヤさんが参画する
いろんなプロジェクトが生まれていき、参加していく
運営が作った一つのショーではなく、いろんな形で生まれてきたショーに参加できるようになっていく
CNPを使ってファンドなどもできるのではないか？
CryptoNinjaはクリエイターに軸足がある
もう少しビジネスチャレンジの立ち位置としてCNPがあればいいかと感じた
CNPを使ってもらうことが前提だがベンチャーを育成していく
CNPのホルダーは最前線で参加も応援もしていける
昨年の今頃は短期で駆け抜ける形だった
運営が企画を用意しながら進めていく形だった
CNPのコミュニティの力が認識されていることに加えてCNPのIPとしての力も加わってきたと感じている

Right now it's just getting started, so those who want it can buy it right away, but as more castles are added, it will become unavailable
We've also created a forum for supporters only.
The composition is designed to get people to pay for the service.
There is an element of raising NFT by charging money
When you charge, revenue is generated.
Billing people become supporters and provide benefits
How do we give back?
Created to have a dedicated channel like discord
We would like to post future developments of the project in a supporters-only forum
We would also like to provide information on Stand FM's limited URL.
We will add more castles in the future (more than 30)

CNP Reality Show

Basically, I feel that this is a web3 project that is doing the experience of growing up together.
It is not a made up piece, but a realistic depiction is important, but it has been and will continue to be the same.
However, I feel that the structure is changing little by little.

The number of reality performers using CNP is increasing in addition to the management.
Monoliths are starting up and creating and deploying trending cards.
What will it look like? I think they are interested in it.
(Maybe if you hold 50 tokens or so, you'll get priority rights?)

I feel that more and more reality shows are being done by different people using CNP
I feel that there has been an increase in other channels where there was only one show
Hagoromo's picture book project “Gekidan CNP” is a case in point.

We can use CNP to create a fund, for example.
CryptoNinja is based on creators.
I felt that it would be good to have CNP as a standpoint for more business challenges.

CNP holders can be at the forefront of participation and support.
This time last year, it was a short-term rush.
