CNP絵本を絶対成功させたい件（9/11）

CNP絵本
ポップアップショップができたことは非常に良かった
準備期間や商材がないなど課題があった
CNPを知っている人は集まったファンイベントになってしまった
ブースの展開ができた時に絵本があればと強く思った
CNPを知らなくても買ってみようというアイテムが展開されていればもっと展開が変わっていたと感じている
絵本がベストだと感じていた
ビジュアルや子供に買ってあげられるものとしてちょうど良いと感じた
ターゲットとなるのは幼稚園児
キャラクターの選び方はフラットになってきた
なんのキャラクターを選ぶかの選択肢も増えてきた
TVだけでなくさまざまなコンテンツがある
選ばれる選択肢の中でCNP絵本が入っていけたらと思う
今回の絵本が成功するとシリーズ展開できる
新しいシリーズが出てくれば図書館にも出せていける
今ようやく形になってきている

TSUTAYAイベントについて

塗り絵のイベントからTシャツ購入はハードルが高かった
手軽に買えるようなアイテム（絵本）が欲しかったと感じた
知らない人が入ってきてくれる導線を意識しているが、どう崩していくかが大事だと感じている

絵本でなぜクラファン？
絵本は平積みしてもらうのは難しい
シリーズ化することで書店や図書館に並べやすい
ただし原価回収してから次の書籍に手掛けるとスピードが遅い
そのためリリース期間を短縮するためにクラファンで次回以降の作品の費用を回収したいと考えた

新しいモデルの販売チャレンジ


読んでもらうために買うだけでなくプレゼントするものや並べてもらう用としても購入してもらえる
絵本を作って子供向けに売るだけでなく、公共施設などで取り扱ってもらえるように働きかけることができる
クラファンから応援するところから入って、近くの幼稚園に寄贈したりなどのムーブが動いてもらえたらと思っている
トレカはできないが絵本なら全国制覇ができる
絵本ならではの戦い方ができる
家庭に入るよりも図書館に入れば読んでくれる確率も高い
シリーズ化して図書館に並んでいくことを想像するとワクワクする
次はなんの話にするかなども決めていけたら面白い

絵本のジャンルにはみたことがない
子供達はお遊戯会で実際にやる感覚を持ちながら絵本を読んでくれそう
作品としても良いものになるのではと感じている
雪だるまのように最初に動かすことが非常に大変
転がり出せば大きくなっていきそう

The situation is that the mass listings are slowly slipping away
This is not a project to expand the market
We would like to gather friends
CNP Picture Books
It was very good to have a pop-up store
There were some issues such as preparation time and lack of merchandise
It became a fan event where people who knew CNP gathered
I strongly wished we had picture books when the booth was developed.
I feel that the development of the event would have been more different if there had been items that people would try to buy even if they did not know CNP.
I felt that a picture book would have been best.
I felt it was just right in terms of visuals and as something I could buy for my children.
The target audience is kindergartners
The choice of characters has flattened out
There are more choices for what kind of character to choose
There is a variety of content, not just TV
I hope that CNP picture books will be among the choices.
If this picture book is successful, it can be developed into a series.
If a new series comes out, we can put them in libraries.
Now it's finally taking shape.
We will do our best to make it a success.

About the TSUTAYA event


It was a hurdle to purchase T-shirts from a coloring book event.
Felt that we wanted items (picture books) that could be easily purchased
We are trying to create a lead-in for strangers to come in, but we feel it is important to find a way to break it down.

Name will be made a place in the end roll + with 1 picture book

A postcard and NFT are included

Why crafan with a picture book?
Picture books are difficult to get flat-priced.
By making a series of books, it is easy to put them in bookstores and libraries
However, the speed is slow if you work on the next book after collecting the cost
Therefore, to shorten the release period, we wanted to use CRAFAN to recover the cost of the next and subsequent books.

New model sales challenge

Not only to buy books to read, but also to give as gifts or to have them lined up in a bookstore
Not only to make picture books and sell them to children, but also to encourage public facilities to carry them.
We are hoping that people will start by supporting the project through Kurafan, and then move on to donating the books to nearby kindergartens and so on.
Trekkers can't do it, but picture books can conquer the whole country.
Picture books have a unique way to fight.
If they go into libraries rather than into homes, there's a better chance they'll be read.
It's exciting to imagine a series of books in libraries.
It would be interesting to decide what the next story will be

The work is a play within a play

A picture book in the form of a play performed by CNP characters
I have never seen this in the picture book genre.
I think children will read the picture book with the feeling of actually performing in a play.
I feel it will be a good work of art.
It is very difficult to move the snowball at first like a snowball
Seems to get bigger as it rolls out
