CNP 最近の出来事について（4/16）

FiNANCiEの中でアカウントをフォローするとみれる
後々はトークンを持っていないと見れなくなる
CNP運営はどのように絡んでいくかなども話している
夢物語を話しているのではく、実現するステップを進めている
「トレカプロジェクト進行」にメッセージがあり、全体間がわかるようになっている
運営自身が旗を振って何かをしていく形以外でもプロジェクトが進んでいく
他の人が担ぎ、コミュニティの価値も含めてまた新しいことを進めていくことにつながっている
ライセンシングジャパンもそうした取り組みのひとつ
スポンサー制度もその中のひとつ
着実に進んでいると感じているが、何でブレイクするか？
知っている人は知っているものから、みんな知っている状態に変わるとIPとしての価値が格段と上がる
CNPを最初から推している我々がどうなっていくか
ブレイクするきっかけのひとつとこのCNPトレカがなってほしい
ブレイクしそうなものをどれだけ用意していけるか
ぜひここに関わってほしい
トレカを作っていくプロジェクトながら、トークンを発行していく
トークンをうまく機能させながらプロジェクトも進めていきたい
初期のファンディングに参加できるなら誰でもつれてくることができるが、今回のクラウドファンディングは一部の人のみが参加できるようにしている
現在2,200人のコミュニティになっている
CNPではLINEアカウントが5万人いるので、宣伝すると一気に連れて来れる強みがある
CNPフレンズもプッシュ配信できる
初めて会ったのは2月で、LLACのイベントでいずもんさんにあった
こうしたイベントがどんどん生まれてきているのもCNPの強み
まだ発表していないがロケットの発車台に乗っているものもいくつかある
相手があることから発表できないが、しかるべきタイミングで発表していく

CNPオーナーズ

毎月植物がもらえる
4月はミニミニ盆栽がもらえる
CNPオーナーズの取り組みを発表すると企業は驚かれる
自前でユーティリティを作っていない
運営が用意しておらず、いろんなお店が自主的にユーティリティを用意している
みんなが価値を集めていくこの形はNFTとして理想的
企業のデータベースではなく、外から誰でも確認ができる
保有者に対して特典を提供することで顧客化できるのが強み
チェーン店を加えていきたい
システム的な整備をしていきたいが、競合から顧客を奪っていくのは非常に難しい
コミュニティをダイレクトに攻略していくのが今後重要になってくる
その時にCNPフレンズは5,000人規模でパワーが弱い
チェーン店がクーポンを出すにはまだ5,000人では弱い
CNPオーナー以外にも拡充していく必要がある
CNPを持っていなくても参加できるようにしたい
CNP以外の外枠として、外のプロジェクトと取り組みしていきたい
今回はSlothと組んで行っていきたい
FiNANCiEの中でも一緒に盛り上げていきたい
トワ/セツナのフリーミントもお互いのコミュニティから実施する
一部有料版となるゴールドトワ/セツナも用意している
CNPフレンズにつながっており、CNPオーナーズにも連携できるようにしていく
チェーン店まで引き込めれば呼び水となって他も繋げていける
さらにゲームやトレカも巻き込んでいき、拡大させられる

0.42ETHが残ることでフロア価格がその価格として認識されていくつか同価格でリストされてしまっている。
苗木のような存在のため、大切に育ててほしいと感じている
大切に育て行けば日本のNFTマーケットも大きくなりそう

CNP management is also talking about how to get involved.
We are not just talking about a dream, we are taking steps to make it happen.
There is a message in the "Trending Card Project Progress" section, so that you can see the whole picture.
The project progresses in a way other than the management itself waving the flag and doing something.
Other people carry the banner, and this leads to the promotion of new things, including the value of the community.
Licensing Japan is one such initiative.
Sponsorship is one of them.
I feel that the project is making steady progress, but what will be the breakthrough?
When it changes from something that is known by those who know it to something that is known by everyone, its value as IP will increase dramatically.
What will happen to those of us who have been pushing CNP from the beginning?
I hope this CNP Trending Card will be one of the triggers for a breakthrough.

Anyone can participate in the initial funding, but this crowdfunding is only open to a select group of people.

We would like to work together with others in FiNANCiE.
We would like to do the Twa/Setsuna freemint from each other's communities.
We will also be offering Gold Towa/Setsuna, a partially paid-for version of Towa/Setsuna.
We are connected to CNP Friends and will be able to link to CNP Owners.
If we can get the chain of stores involved, it will serve as a priming ground for others to get connected.
