CNP LINE NFTで新展開続々（3/27）

市況

現在でも再度Botterと思われる取引が進んでいる。
CNPではコントラクト移行を進めていく、
4月末を一つの目安にしながら進めている。
ロイヤリティがOpenSea側から強制的に0.5％に制限させられている。
ロイヤリティがなくなっても問題ないように運営しているが、
急になくなったため。
10％のロイヤリティに設定できれば、
Botterによる利鞘とる取引に牽制できる。
海外のプロジェクトもマイグレーションしているプロジェクトも出てきた。
国内プロジェクトとして、CNPは先人きって行っていきたい。
CNPが前例を作れば、他のプロジェクトも
マイグレーションしやすくなると考えている。
セキュリティレベルも上げられるプログラムも追加できる。
色々な予定を組み替えて進めている。
赤い巻物の登場と、バー忍が後回しになる（5月予定）
CryptoNinjaの誕生が月一ペースだったのが、今はペースダウンしている。CNPでもよくわかってきた。
新しいキャラクターを浸透させるまでの時間は、
数が増えていくごとに時間がかかっていくと感じている。
今はマイグレーションが最優先で、マカミの浸透時間と捉えて進めていく。
4月に入るとBlurのトークン配りが開始される。
OpenSea側も対応していくと見ているので、どうなっていくか見ていく。

コムギさんとAMA

Web3系のベンチャーキャピタルとして、
海外のWeb3系プロジェクトを調査している。
CryptoNinjaがやっていることが、ちょうどそこにあってきている？
OpenSeaからBlurが移行していく中で、
アート中心からユーティリティ中心に変わってくる。
CNPは新しい仲間集めと、所属照明として運営している。
CNPは将来必要となるであろうものを先んじて手掛けて進めている。
その点について評価してくれたのが非常に自信になったAMAだった。

LINE NFT

企業に事例として紹介できる取り組みができてきた。
LINE NFTで実現したいこと。
NFT人口を増やしたい。
CryptoNinjaに関わってくれる人を増やしたい。
IPを広げていきたい。
LINE NFTの中では、今までは既存IPが出ていたが、
イーサリアム上からCNPというIPが参入してきた。
イーサリアムの外へ、CNPを広げていく。
イーサリアムの中へ連れてくる。
LINE NFTを触れてもらい、CNP・CryptoNinjaを知ってもらい、
イーサリアムのNFTに来てもらいたいと考えている。
新しい人にNFTを使ってもらうにはどうしたらいいかと考えていた。
その中の打ち手として、NFTのエアドロップを実施する。

エアドロップ
CNP Toysを保有している人に運営からエアドロップされる。
3月31日の12時〜15時にスナップショットを撮るので、
リストを一旦下げて欲しい。
LINE NFTでは、リストしていると保有条件から外れてしまう。
フリーミント
3月31日から3週連続で行われる。
2キャラずつフリーミントできる。
CNP公式のLINEアカウントから優先通知する。
NFTに手に入れたことがないから
良さがわからない人が多数いると考えている。
CNPを何となく知っているが、イーサリアムのNFTを触れるのは
ハードルが高い人に向けてフリーミントする。
今回のフリーミントNFTを通じて
デジタルを保有するという体験をしてもらいたい。
NFTを触れてもらったあと、愛着を持ってもらったり、
最終的にはイーサリアム上のNFTに入ってきて欲しい。

LINE スタンプ

フリーミント後の展開として、LINEスタンプ連動型のNFTができる。
NFTを買ったらスタンプが使える仕組みになっている。
使わなくなったら売りに出すことができる。
アートからユーティリティーへという話に繋がっていく。
スタンプを使う権利を買っているようになっていく。
Ninja DAOの中の人にどんどん使って欲しいが、
ターゲットはそこではない。
従来のスタンプは買って消費して終わっていた。
ただ、今回のNFTスタンプは売買ができる仕組みで
LINE側も新たな取り組みにCNPが入っていける。
今回手がけるのはコメスケさん。
CNP公式として出していく。
LINE側とよく使われるスタンプを共有してもらって制作している。
いくつか一般募集枠を設けている。（3/29の23時59分まで）
Ninja DAOの中にリンクを設けている。
スタンプになるキャラクターはリーリー。
何か貰えるものではないが、気軽に応募してほしい。
LINE NFTも、パブリックチェーンしていく。
今は流れの早い変化に対応すべく進めていく。

New developments continue at CNP LINE NFT (3/27)

Market Conditions

Transactions that appear to be Botter are still underway again.
CNP is proceeding with the contract transition, with the end of April as one target date.
Royalties are being forced by OpenSea to be limited to 0.5%.
We have been operating in such a way that there would be no problem even if the royalty was lost, but it was suddenly lost.
If we can set the royalty at 10%, we can check the profit-taking transactions by Botter.
Some overseas projects are also migrating.
CNP would like to lead the way as a domestic project.
We believe that if CNP sets a precedent, it will make it easier for other projects to migrate.
We can also add a program to increase the level of security.
We are rearranging various schedules to move forward.
Red scrolls are coming and Bar Ninja will be coming later (scheduled for May).
CryptoNinja was born at a pace of once a month, but now it is slowing down.
CNP is getting a better understanding of this.
We feel that the time it takes to penetrate new characters is taking longer with each increase in numbers.
Migration is the top priority right now, and we will continue to view it as Makami's time to penetrate.
In April, Blur will start distributing tokens.
OpenSea is also expected to respond to this, so we will see what happens.

As a Web3 venture capitalist, he is investigating Web3 projects overseas.
Is what CryptoNinja is doing just getting there?
As Blur is transitioning from OpenSea, it is changing from art-centric to utility-centric.
CNP is operating as a new gathering of friends and affiliation lighting.
CNP is moving forward with what will be needed in the future, working on it ahead of time.
It was the AMA that gave me great confidence in their assessment of this point.

LINE NFT

We are now ready to introduce our efforts as a case study to companies.
What we want to achieve with LINE NFT.
We want to increase the NFT population.
We want to increase the number of people involved in CryptoNinja.
We want to expand IP.
Within LINE NFT, there have been existing IPs until now, but an IP called CNP has entered the market from ethereum.
We will expand CNP outside of Ethereum.
We will bring them inside Ethereum.
LINE We want people to touch NFT, get to know CNP and CryptoNinja, and come to NFT on Ethereum.
We were thinking about how to get new people to use the NFT.
One of the ways to hit the ground running is to conduct an NFT airdrop.

Airdrops
Airdrops will be offered by the management to those who own CNP Toys.
We will take a snapshot on March 31 from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. and would like the listings to go down once.
LINE NFT will remove you from the holding requirement if you list.
The freemint
It will run for 3 consecutive weeks starting March 31.
You can freemint 2 characters each.
Priority notification will be given from the official CNP LINE account.
We believe that there are many people who do not know how good it is because they have never gotten it for NFT.
We will be freeminting for those who know something about CNP, but have a high hurdle to touch NFTs in Ethereum.
We want them to experience the experience of owning digital through this freeminted NFT.
After they touch the NFT, we want them to become attached to it and eventually come into the NFT on Ethereum.

LINE Stamp

As a post-Freemint development, we can make NFTs linked to LINE Stamps.
The system is such that if you buy an NFT, you can use the stamps.
When they are no longer used, they can be sold.
This is connected to the idea of moving from art to utility.
It will be like buying the right to use stamps.
We want people in Ninja DAO to use the stamps more and more, but that is not our target.
The traditional stamps were bought, consumed, and done with.
However, the new NFT stamps can be bought and sold, which will allow CNP to participate in new initiatives on the LINE side.
This time, the company involved is Komesuke.
The stamps will be released as official CNP stamps.
The stamps are created by sharing frequently used stamps with the LINE side.
There are a few open slots for the public to apply. (until 23:59 on 3/29)

The character that will be stamped is Leelee.
You don't get anything for it, but please feel free to apply.
LINE NFT will also be publicly chained.
