CNPに今日何が起こったか？（3/19）

今日はCNPにとって大きな一日になった。
初期大口ホルダーが、botterに100点を超える大量売りを浴びせた。
botterが購入したらすぐにフロアに並べて
フロアプライスをどんどん下げていった出来事があった。
後半で詳しく説明したい。
投資OL社長さんのパスが発売された。
ローンチするタイミングで誰に販売するかが非常に重要で、
今回このいい見本になった。

CNPは昨年5月に発売。
今のコントラクトに合わせて変更していく予定。
ヤドカリのイメージ。
自分が大きくなって貝殻が小さく感じたら、新しい貝殻に乗り換える感覚。
CNPも規模が大きくなってきたこのタイミングと、
出てきた課題を解決するためにも引っ越した方がいいと感じている。
ただ、事が大きいので、ホルダーによる投票を行った上で判断したい。
CNPは盗難が非常に多かった。
APPはコントラクトで盗難防止が入っているが、
CNPが誕生した時にはそのような盗難機能を想定していなかった。
OpenSeaが制限しているロイヤリティ0.5％も、
コントラクトで10％強制的に取れるようにしたい。
ホルダー向けの投票案内を近々やっていきたいと考えている。

今日起こった出来事

Ninjaオーナーとして初期に100体までと
言っていたCNPが300体ミントされていた。
自分のCNPを100体まとめて売りに出した。
一時的にフロア価格が1.1ETHくらいまで落ちてしまった。
本当ならフロアがここまで落ちると、
狼狽売りが続きプロジェクトが終わってしまう可能性が高い。
ただ今回一般ホルダーによる狼狽売りが続かず、
買い支えが起こったことで朝の価格に戻った。

運営は何した？

結局何もしなかった。（間に合わなかった）
昨年の9月、フロアに初期大口ホルダーに100体くらい並べられた。
その時も買い支えによりクリアした過去があった。
万が一の時は、運営が用意した資金で買い支える話をしていた。
ただ、今回は運営が動く前に収まってくれたのが非常にありがたい。
運営資金は後ろ向きなことよりも前向きなところに使いたいと感じている。
CNPをこの価格で買ってくれている人たちに損をさせないことが運営として行ないたいと感じている。
このプロジェクトを応援したいと思って仲間に入ってきてくれている。
安心してこのプロジェクトに関わって仲間になってくれるように、
価格を一定程度安定させる必要があると感じている。
NFTはまだまだ市場が小さい。
運営としては、フロア価格からは逃げないように
向き合って対策したいと考えている。
今回運営が対策するよりも早く皆さんが支えてくれたことに
大変感謝している。
そのことに甘えることなく、進めていきたい。
まだbotの手に渡っているCNPがある。
それらの目を紡いでいく必要があると感じている。
今回の件でCNPが始まってからのリスク要因が
ひとつ解決したと感じている。
9月での出来事に対し、100ETHを用意していた。
22,222体を5,000人が持っている状況で、どう運営していくか？
保有状況にムラがある。
時間をかけて分散していくように考えているが、
今回の出来事から一歩進んだように感じている。

CNPの構造的な問題。

今はBotのコレクションオファーによる購入から
フロア価格売りで小銭稼ぎができてしまう。
CloneXやdoodlesなど、ずっとbotterによるフロア価格下げが行われている。
いろいろ抱えていた課題に対して運営に対するマイナス発言が目立ってきた。
プロジェクトに対する共同幻想が崩れてきてしまう。
マーケットプレイスの手数料が0％、ロイヤリティが0.5％となると、
その最適解がbotによる購入になってしまっている。
最近はClone Xだけでなく、メイシーやAzukiなどの
プロジェクトにも移ってきてしまっている。
CNPの場合、Botterが売っているものを
誰かが止めていかなくてはいけない。
ユーザーが止めるのか？は難しいところ。
新規ユーザーは止めに行くよりも、価格が落ちたところで買いたいと感じてしまう。
ホルダーから見れば、価格が落ちていくのは止めたい。
運営として、新規ユーザーとホルダーの間に入る形で
BotterからCNPを救出したいと感じている。
Botterは、安いNFTだと利鞘が取れないため、手頃な3〜5ETHを転売していたが、最近はその上の価格帯でNFTを動かしている。
市場は完全至上主義と考え、市場に委ねていく様もみてみたい。
その一方でCNPとしては、参加してくれている仲間がいる限り、
残念な思いをさせないように手を入れていきたい。
初期オーナーはなぜこのタイミングでBotterに全て手放したのか？
少しずつ売っていけばよかった。
CNPの場合は、分散していく=成長していくと考えてもらえればと思っている。
もう少し時間が経って、5400人（25％）が持つCNPが、
22,222人に近いくらい分散していってほしいと考えている。
コントラクトを移動するのは、CNPとしてひとつのチャレンジ。
ブロックチェーンに書き込まれているNFTを、簡単に移行してしまうのはNFTとしておかしいのでは？という考えもある。
ただ、今はその話をするタイミングではないと感じている。
まだ変化しないことを強みにせず、状況の変化に対応していく。
CNPがコントラクト移行することで、
他のプロジェクトもコントラクト移行をやりやすくなると考えている。
今回の件を通じてCNNの落札も、チャレンジしたいと考えた。
落札できたら、CNNの投票もCNPオーナーとして間接的に参加できるメリットがあるのでチャレンジしてみたい。

What happened today

As a Ninja owner, I was minted 300 CNPs, which I had initially said I would be limited to 100 units.
I put 100 of my CNPs together for sale.
The floor price temporarily dropped to about 1.1 ETH.
If it were true that the floor price would have fallen so low, there is a strong possibility that the project would have ended due to continued panic selling.
However, this time the panic selling by general holders did not continue, and buying support occurred, returning the price to the morning price.

What did the management do? In the end, they did nothing. (They didn't get it done in time.)

Even at that time, we had a past history of clearing the price due to buying support.
In the event of an emergency, we had talked about supporting the purchase with funds prepared by the management.
However, we are very grateful that this time it was settled before the operation moved on.
We feel that we want to use the operation funds for something positive rather than something backward-looking.
We feel that as an operation we want to make sure that the people who are buying CNP at this price do not lose money.
They have joined us because they want to support this project.
We feel that we need to stabilize the price to a certain degree so that they can feel secure about joining the project and becoming a member.
The market for NFT is still small.
As an operation, we would like to face and take measures so that we do not run away from the floor price.
We are very grateful for everyone's support earlier than the management could take measures this time.

There are still CNPs in the hands of bots.

Structural issues with CNP.
