CNP 今日も雑談回（7/10）

CNPフレンズ

8月くらいからCNPトークンがもらえる懸賞を常設していきたいと考えている
CNPフレンズのポイントを貯めて応募する
ホルダーにCNPトークンが渡っていってほしい
CNPトレカポイントはCNPというプロジェクト全体のコミュニティトークン
簡単なゲーム性が導入できればいいが、まずは気軽なものから導入したい
ポイントの消費も少ないものから多いものまで用意したい
NINGDOMとは別にCNPトークンが入手できるチャンスがある
参加する人の数が決まってくると応募することの期待値が決まる
CNPフレンズのポイントが間接的にいくらくらいの金額になるかという期待値も出てくる

お城フェス

大阪で行われるお城フェス2024にも出展する
他のお城との調整もしながら進める
他のお城のイベントも出展することが決まって（？）いる
滋賀県（10/20：米原市）
お城を好きな人にデジタル城下町を知ってもらうことが重要
お城好きな人が集まるところに出展して参加者を増やしていく
コミュニティの中に入ってもらい、楽しんでもらいながらアプリを活用してもらいたい
出展先で他の自治体とも連携しながら繋がりを作っていきたい
参加者も増えていけば状況も大きく変わっていく
参加者が多くなれば大きなメディアとした使い方ができる
例えばふるさと納税なども導入できそう
お城EXPOの本番は12月に開催される
出張お城EXPOもところどころ開催される
今度は福井でも行われるので連絡したら一般ブースは大きくないと断られた
デジタル城下町の町民傷をうまく使いながら自治体と連携していきたい
8月のイベントは提携している自治体が出展していくため、盛り上げていく
それぞれの自治体がブースを構えていく
デジタル城下町にも来てくれるような企画を開催してみたい
今後デジタル城下町の中にも松江城も出てくる

クレーンゲーム

サードプラネットというゲーム会社に卸される
全国に3000台あるが、九州に多い
1つのぬいぐるみに対してQRコードが付いていて、読み込むとNFTが手に入る

AI

CNPのキャラクターのコンペをやりたい
CNPキャラソンコンペ
トワとセツナのキャラクターソングを作ってみたい
キャラクターソングは自分で作るのではなくAIで作成したもののみにする
歌詞はAIでも自作でも可能
出力したものが結果的に著作権を侵害しないようにも注意が必要
キャラクターソングとして作っていくと、キャラクターの設定も決まってくる
出来上がったものに対して動画なども加えていくこともできそう
ミュージシャン・アーティストとはまた違うものができると考えている
どちらがいいという比較対象ではなく、コミュニケーションツールとしてのキャラクターソングになっていけばいいと考えている

CNP Friends


We are planning to have a permanent sweepstakes where you can get CNP tokens starting in August or so.
Earn CNP Friends points to enter.
We want the CNP tokens to be passed on to the holders.
CNP Trending Points is a community token for the whole project called CNP
It would be nice if we could introduce simple gaming, but we would like to start with something easy.
We would like to have a range of point consumption, from low to high.
There is a chance to obtain CNP tokens separately from NINGDOM
The number of people participating will determine the expectation of applying for the game
There will also be an expectation of how much the CNP Friends points will be indirectly spent

Castle Festivals


We will also exhibit at the Castle Fest 2024 in Osaka
We will coordinate with other castles as we proceed
It has been decided (?) that we will exhibit at other castle events as well. We are planning to exhibit at other castle events as well.
Shiga Prefecture (10/20: Maibara City)
Important to let people who like castles know about digital castle towns
Exhibiting at places where people who love castles gather to increase participation
We want to get people to join the community and use the app while having fun
We want to make connections while collaborating with other municipalities at the exhibitor sites
As the number of participants increases, the situation will change dramatically
If we have more participants, we can use it as a big media.
For example, we may be able to introduce hometown tax payment.
The main castle expo will be held in December
Traveling castle expos will also be held in various places.
This time it will be held in Fukui, and when I contacted them, they refused me because the general booths are not large enough.
We would like to work with the local government while making good use of the digital castle town wounds
The August event will be a great success, as the partner municipalities will be exhibiting.
Each municipality will have a booth
We would like to organize a project that will bring people to Digital Castle Town.
Matsue Castle will also appear in the digital castle town in the future

Crane game


The games will be wholesaled to a game company called Third Planet.
There are 3,000 units nationwide, but most of them are in Kyushu.
Each stuffed animal has a QR code, which can be read to get NFT.

AI

Want to do a competition for CNP characters
CNP character song competition
I want to make a character song for Towa and Setsuna.
Character songs should only be created by AI, not by myself
Lyrics can be AI or self-written
Care must also be taken to ensure that the output does not infringe on copyrights as a result
If you make a character song, the setting of the character is also decided.
It may be possible to add video clips to the finished product
We think we can create something different from musicians/artists
We hope that character songs will become a communication tool, rather than a comparison of which is better.
