CNPのコントラクト移行が無事完了しました（4/29）

市況

無事にコントラクト移行が完了。
OpenSeaページが認証マーク取得しており、細かな調整・変更できない。
URLや売上高も引き継げるようにOpenSeaとやりとり最中。
売上高などがゼロからのため少しの間は偽物コレクションなのか？
と思われてしまう。
CNPは細かなトレーダーとしての対象となっていた。
今回のコントラクト移行により、そうした対象から外れると考えている。
プロジェクトを進める方向に力を注いでいきたい。
クリエイターフィーを10％に設定しており、現状はまだまだプロジェクトの資金源になっている。
OpenSeaとBlurのロイヤリティー争いに巻き込まれ、
ロイヤリティーが0.5％しか徴収できなかった。
収入激減により展開が制限されてしまった。
ここから改めて進めていきたい。
CNPの強み
二次流通を販売強化している。
CNPのとっては二次流通を促すのは本質的な展開。
CNPは仲間集めのツール。
二次流通活性していくこととプロジェクトの目的が一致している。
今回の第二章から粛々と進めていきたい。
コントラクト移行
3月にコントラクト移行提案を運営からさせてもらった。
メリットデメリットを挙げてオーナー投票を行った。
当初4月はバー忍と巻物イベントを予定していた。
先に4月にコントラクト移行が決定した。
絶対春に行うという決意表明から
「サクラアップデート」とネーミングした。
移行のリスク
旧コントラクト自体の取引制限がかけられなかった。
新コントラクトでは取引制限ができる。
移行のタイミングで旧コントラクトのCNPをアクセプトしてしまう
リスクがあった。
コントラクト移行の周辺作業を0時からスタート。
ガス代との見合いから、2〜3時ごろ新しいコントラクトのデプロイと
エアドロを行った。
一次ガス代高騰したタイミングもあり、最終的に3時過ぎに完了。
OpenSeaのページ作成が完了したのが4：30ごろ。
コントラクト移行に伴い納得済みの取引ならいいが、
想定外となった取引も行われていた。
コントラクト移行はガス代が鬼門となる。
CryptoNinja Worldのコントラクト移行前例を受け、
今回のコントラクト移行にも活用させてもらった。
今回CNPが行ったことで、参考事例を作れたと考えている。

Contract TransitionIn March, the management made a proposal for contract transition.

There was a risk of accepting CNPs of the old contract at the timing of the transition.
Work around the contract transition started at midnight.
Deployment and airdrop of the new contract was performed around 2-3:00 pm, based on the gas price.
Finally completed after 3:00 pm, partly due to the timing of the primary gas price spike.
OpenSea page creation was completed around 4:30.
While it would be nice if the transactions were already satisfied with the contract transition, there were some transactions that took place that were not expected.
The gas price is the devil's advocate for contract migration.
CryptoNinja World's contract migration precedent was used for this contract migration.
We believe that CNP's work on this project has created a good example for others to follow.
