9/26 Something that occurred to me

What is my goal in life? I'm happy when I help people in trouble and they say, "Thank you.". But it sounds like a lack of concreteness. I should focus on and think about what I want to do more deeply.

I'm good at the type of exam which has multiple choices to get to the right answer. In other words, it's a mark-sheet type exam. I want to get a perfect score on that type of exam, so I get absorbed in studying for it. I should be careful not to get absorbed in too much. That makes my mental condition worse.

I’m slightly losing my weight since I have started working. Working 5 days a week for 6 hours and commuting by train might be a quite good exercise to me.
