型紙サイズに迷った方へ
今回は、型紙サイズについてのお話です。
「○○ちゃんというお人形さん・ぬいぐるみに着せられますか？」「○○というぬいぐるみを持っています」というお問合せをよく頂きます。皆さん、いろいろなぬいぐるみさんやお人形さんをお持ちで、お名前だけお聞きしても寸法が分からない事が多々あります💦
もちろん、お名前だけで着せられるか判断できるお人形さんもいますし、ネットで検索すればボディサイズまで分かるお人形さんやぬいぐるみさんもいます。ですが、ほとんどは分かりません。じゃあどうしたらいいんだろう・・そんなときは、この記事をご覧ください。

Everyone has Mr./Ms. variety of stuffed Mr./Ms. and doll Mr./Ms., and there are many cases where you don't know the dimensions even if you just ask the nameOf 💦 course, there are doll Mr./Ms. that can judge whether or not they can be dressed just by their name, and there are also doll Mr./Ms. and stuffed animals that you can even find out the body size by searching on Mr./Ms.the Internet. どうしてお人形さんの名前表示しないの？
「お人形さんの名前を書いた方が分かりやすいのに」「使えるお人形さんの名前が分かれば自分のお人形さんに使えるかどうかすぐ分かるのに、どうして名前を書かないの？」
そう思う方もいらっしゃると思います。nahoppeの型紙を利用していただく方にも、nahoppeのドール服を購入していただく方にもその方が分かりやすいのは重々分かっております。
でも、ちょっと考えてみましょう。
お人形さんやぬいぐるみには商標権があります。商標権のある既成のお人形さんやぬいぐるみは、商用利用することができないのです。勝手に名前を使ってはいけないという事です。ここで公開しておりますnahoppeのドール服の型紙は、型紙の販売もしておりますし、minneで私も自分で作ったパターンも用いてドール服の販売をしております。だからこそ、しっかりルールを守る必要があるのです。nahoppeのドール服パターンにお人形さんの名前を表示しないのは、こうした理由があるからです。
ドール服作家さんでこちらの記事をご覧になりましたら、ご自身がどう行動するかよく考えてください。誰かが使っているからは大丈夫ではありません。もちろん、商用利用を許可しているお人形さんであれば大丈夫だと思います。商用利用OKのお人形さんを使う、もしくはトルソーを使用しましょう。

Some of you may think, "It's easier to understand if you write the name of the Mr./Ms.," or "If you know the name of the doll Mr./Ms. that can be used, you can immediately know if it can be used for your own Mr./Ms., so why don't you write your name?" We know that it is easier to understand for both those who use Nahoppe's patterns and those who purchase Nahoppe's doll clothes.
But let's think about it for a moment. Mr./Ms. and stuffed animals have trademark rights. Ready-made Mr./Ms. and stuffed animals with trademark rights cannot be used for commercial purposes. It means that you should not use the name without permission. The patterns of nahoppe's doll clothes published here are also sold as patterns, and I also sell doll clothes using patterns that I made myself at minne. That's why you need to follow the rules. This is the reason why we don't display the doll Mr./Ms.'s name on nahoppe's doll clothing patterns. If you read this article by Mr./Ms., please think carefully about how you will act. It's not okay because someone else is using it. Of course, I think it's okay if you are a doll Mr./Ms. who allows commercial use. Use a doll Mr./Ms. that can be used for commercial use, or use a torso.
型紙のサイズ表示について（XSサイズ・Ｓサイズ・Ｍサイズ）
お人形さんやぬぐるみの名前を表示できないので、nahoppeのドール服は、XSサイズ、Ｓサイズ、Ｍサイズという形でサイズ表示をさせていただいております。minneで販売しておりますドール服も同様です。
Since it is not possible to display the names of Mr./Ms. and stuffed animals, nahoppe's doll clothes are displayed in the form of XS size, S size, and M size. The same applies to the doll clothes sold at minne.
ＳサイズとＭサイズ、どっちを選んだらいいの？【サイズ対応表】
ここが一番気になるところだと思います。今まで身長26㎝のお人形さんはＳサイズ、身長30-32㎝のお人形さんはＭサイズとご案内をしてきましたが、その枠に当てはまらないお人形さんやぬいぐるみさんもたくさんいらっしゃいました(;^_^Aぬいぐるみさんは、お腹周りがゆったりめ、そして腕も太かったりします。そして、頭の大きな子が多いんです！身長で一律にご案内してしまうと、身長通りに選んだのに入らない・・ということが起きてしまします。ですので、サイズ対応表を作りました。下記のサイズ表をご覧ください。

お人形さんやぬいぐるみさんのサイズを測ってみましょう
お手元にお人形さん・ぬいぐるみとメジャーを用意します。さあ、ボディサイズを測ってみましょう。
ぬいぐるみさんの場合、特に測って欲しい部分は、「首回りとウエストサイズ」です。ぬいぐるみさんは、Ｍサイズを選ばれる方が多くいらっしゃいます。Ｍサイズは、もともとゆったりめな作りなので、ぬいぐるみさんでも入る子が多いのですが、綿がぱんぱんに入った子だと、ウエストが入らない場合がございます。そして、ぬいぐるみさんは、首がない子が多く、頭と胴がくっついている子が多いので、襟ぐりがきつきつになってしまう子がいます。ですので、「首回りとウエストサイズ」を必ず測って確かめましょう。
お人形さんの場合は、一番大事なのは「身長と肩幅」かなと思います。お人形さんの場合、細めの子が多いので、ウエストが入らないということは少ないかなと思います。ただ、逆に細すぎて余ったしまう場合もあるので、全体のサイズを測ってみましょう。
※ぬいぐるみさんは、中が綿なので多少サイズが合わなくても融通が利きます。型紙対応サイズ表に、「〇㎝前後」と書いているのは、そのためです。多少でしたら、前後しても着せる事が出来ますよ(^^♪

In the case of Mr./Ms., I think the most important thing is "height and shoulder width". In the case of Mr./Ms., there are many thin children, so I think it is unlikely that the waist will not fit. However, on the other hand, it may be too thin and there will be a surplus, so let's measure the overall size.
Plush Mr./Ms. is flexible even if the size does not fit a little because the inside is cotton. That's why the size chart for the pattern is written as "around 〇 cm". If it's a little, you can wear it back and forth (^^ ♪

ＳＮＳの投稿に関して
制作した作品（完成品）の写真や動画の投稿は、していただいても大丈夫です。著作権は放棄しておりませんので、「nahoppe_handmadeの型紙使用」とご記載ください。
景品表示法で2023年10月より「ステルスマーケティング」が禁止されております。消費者庁に直接問い合わせしたところ、制作した物を投稿する際、nahoppe自身が関与せず、投稿者さんの「自主的な思想に基づいての投稿（作った感想などの投稿）」であればステマには当たらないそうです。今まで通り投稿していただいて大丈夫です(^^♪ご安心ください。
ドールメーカーさんに直接聞いてみたところ、趣味の範囲（販売しない）で制作したドール服なら、お人形に着せてＳＮＳにアップしてもＯＫのところが多いようです。しかし、メーカーさんによって対応が異なるので、ご自分で確認をしてから使ってください。
※ハンドメイド作家さんはご自分の投稿に気を付けてくださいね💦イベント告知はど販売に絡む投稿、ドール服の販売予告投稿には、注意が必要です。各お人形さんによってルールが異なります。中には、商用利用ＯＫなお人形さんもいるようです。マネキンとしてお人形さんの使用がOKなのかNGなのか、必ずご確認下さい。
ご自分がドール服を販売される場合は、商用利用になります！お気をつけください。
You can post photos and videos of your work (finished product). We do not waive the copyright, so please write "nahoppe_handmade pattern use". The Act on Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations prohibits "stealth marketing" from October 2023. When I asked Mr./Ms. directly about the doll maker, it seems that many doll clothes made within the scope of hobby (not sold) are OK to wear on the doll and upload it to SNS. However, the response differs depending on the manufacturer's Mr./Ms., so please check it yourself before using it. * Handmade artist Mr./Ms., please be careful about your posts, please 💦 be careful when posting event announcements related to sales and posting sales notices of doll clothes. The rules are different for each Mr./Ms.. Some of them seem to be Mr./Ms. dolls that can be used for commercial purposes. Please be sure to check whether the use of Mr./Ms. as a mannequin is OK or NG.
景品表示法にいて
動画自体、youtubeで無料公開しており、ご覧になった方から対価は頂いておりません。しかし、noteで型紙の販売、minneで型紙や制作物を販売を行っているため、「広告」であると明記させていただきます。
nahoppeの型紙を商用利用に関して（作家さんは必ずお読みください）
利用規約に記載しておりますが、個人の範囲内でしたら、完成品に限り利用を許可しております。その場合は、nahoppeの型紙を利用している旨を必ず説明文やタグに記載することが条件となります。型紙には著作権がございます。必ず記載をしてください。
また、安全面など、ご自身の責任のもと販売を行ってください。nahoppeは、一切責任を負いません。
なお、お洋服をお人形に着せて写真を撮り、販売サイトに掲載する場合やマルシェにお洋服をお人形さんに着せて使用する場合は、注意が必要です・・。上記の記事でも書きましたが、お人形さんのメーカーによっては、お洋服の販売用のマネキンとしてお人形さんを使用することをは禁止しています。ご自身でお使いのお人形さんがマネキンとして使用できるのかきちんと確認をしてください。また、お人形さんによっては、「〇〇ちゃん用」と特定のお人形さんの名前を表記することも禁止されております。確認をして使用されてますか？必ずご自身で確認をしてください。
