China cautions Japan about interference in China's internal affairs.

Japan is open to the possibility of having a law which imposes sanctions against a foreign country over human rights violations.

What China does to Xinjiang region is an inhuman act rather than human rights violations.

I think that Japan's opposition to human rights violations is not correspond with interference in China's internal affairs.

Someone must caution against an inhuman act even if it's happening in other country.

Who will do it if developed countries do not?
