When I belong to Fagaiano Okayama as a grassroots soccer coach, HaddiFayyadh who is a Malaysian national team player was on FAGIANO Okayama Top team.
He is the first Malaysian soccer player who played in J league, and doing his best to get the opportunity to Play the official games in J league since the 2019 season. His goal was to debut in J league. However, 
he was not able to get the opportunity to play the official game in Okayama. But he did  his best.
I used to watch the top team training. So I know that he was doing his best when he is in a hard situation.
Since the 2021 season, he had been playing for Division3 club Azul Claro Numazu in the J league on loan from FAGIANO Okayama.
But He had torn in his ACL on 23 March 2021.
He never gives up and turns in his debut in J3 league game as a sub against Vanraure Hachinohe in the 84th minute on 21 April 2022.
He grabbed his dream to play in J league.
