Hello, this is J-Sword. In this note, I'm sharing useful information about sword fighting and action scenes.

アクション歴約40年のこの私が独自のアクション理論をわかりやすく解説し楽しく伝えながら、立ち回り（殺陣）などの上達のヒントを教えます
なおこれはあくまで持論であり、信じるか信じないかはあなた次第です
With my approximately 40 years of experience in action, I will explain my unique theory of action in an easy-to-understand and enjoyable manner. While doing so, I'll also provide tips for improving your skills in choreography (sword fighting) and other aspects. Please note that this is purely my own theory, and whether you believe it or not is entirely up to you.
