Dear all.
Thank you for your help with scheduling.
Now that I have reviewed that poll results, it is clear that the most suitable time for our meetings is 11:00 a.m. on Wednesdays.
It's great to have a time slot that works for everyone.

I propose that we set our weekly meeting time at 11:00 a.m. every Wednesday, starting from next week, which falls on the 17th.

We're excited to tackle the outstanding issues from our last meeting.

We have a time slot between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. in Tokyo and three possible dates, Monday the 15th, Thursday the 18th, Friday the 19th.
