Wiches' Auction and Black Market are two separate projects that aim to shed light on the hidden labor and fascination of those whose work is not valued in the economic sphere of society.

The Witches' Auction is inspired by the book 'Caliban and the Witch' (by Silvia Federici), which discusses the connection between the beginnings of capitalism and Witch Hunt in the 16 th to 17 th Century, and sets up a fictional auction by witches called 'Witches' Auction'. Here, care work that
is regularly performed in the home and for which no payment is made is put up for auction, and participants can bid on it.

At the reception desk, the witch listens to and assesses the guest's "episode of care."

The Black Market is a market event organised by Hashimoto's network as the So Tired Collective,an art collective for people who are tired of their daily lives, which has organized since 2021. Theconditions for the items on display are "things that cannot be sold in everyday life, things that arenot generally recognised as valuable, but that I feel have value". The item s on display are items thatyou would not be able to find at a public market, but you can buy here.In each of these events, participants will work together to rate the new value of things that areoverlooked in everyday life.
