Hi everyone! Let me tell you about what happened today. Two unbelievable things happened.

First, I finally had lunch at the same table with the girls from my English class. Since I went to an all-boys boarding school for six years, I never really talked to girls, so I was super nervous. Someone even told me I had a bit of a grin on my face, which was really embarrassing. But, hey, it is what it is. The good news is, I think I managed to hit it off with the girls a little bit.

Second, my friend had a pretty interesting encounter. We went to SUSHIRO together, and on our way back to university, a stranger with a disability started talking to my friend. My friend was amazing! He kept the conversation going and walked with the stranger all the way back to the university. I was really impressed by my friend's communication skills. It's not that I look down on people with disabilities; I was just really impressed by how smoothly my friend handled the situation.
