About the App

"PTCGGameClock" is a mobile application operated by the manager mon as a hobby.

"PTCGGameClock" on this page refers to all "PTCGGameClock" content created by the operator mon. In addition, the content of this page may be added, changed, or deleted without prior notice.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as the "Terms") define the terms of service for "PTCGGameClock" provided by the operator on this App. All users of "PTCGGameClock" (hereafter referred to as "Users") are required to use "PTCGGameClock" in accordance with these Terms. • 6. Unauthorized reprinting, distribution, sale, modification, reverse engineering, secondary use, distribution, or any other act that violates the law. However, video or images of the App can be posted only for non-commercial purposes

• 8. Acts of using the Service for illegal purposes

• 9. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of "PTCGGameClock" or other third parties

• 10. Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces in relation to "PTCGGameClock"

• 11. Other acts that the operator deems inappropriate

3. "PTCGGameClock" may change, add or abolish all or part of "PTCGGameClock" without prior notice to the Users.

4. The operator do not guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that "PTCGGameClock" has no de facto or legal defects including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, security defects, errors and bugs, infringement of rights, etc.

5. Users shall use "PTCGGameClock" at their own risk, and shall bear all responsibility and risks for all actions taken by Users using "PTCGGameClock" and the results thereof.

6. The operator does not take any responsibility for any damage caused to Users or a third party due to "PTCGGameClock", except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the operator. However, if the contract between the operator and Users regarding this service (including this agreement) is a consumer contract as stipulated in the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption provision will not apply.

7. The operator is not responsible for any transactions, communications, disputes, etc. that occur between Users and other Users or third parties regarding this service.

Privacy Policy

This application establishes the following privacy policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in "PTCGGameClock".

1. This privacy policy respects user privacy and pays close attention to the handling of user personal information and access information.

2. For access analysis services, we use Google Analytics and Firebase (Google Inc.) to understand the usage status of users. AdMob (Google Inc.) is used as an advertisement distribution tool for advertisements distributed within the App. This App may automatically acquire some user information for displaying advertisements, but the collected information does not include information that identifies individuals. Information acquired, purpose of use, provision to third parties, etc. will be managed based on Google's advertising policy.
