砂P 配布ステージのオンライン規約
砂Pです。私が配布しているMMD用ステージのオンライン規約です。
ニコニコのブロマガが終わってしまったのでこちらに移動。

この規約が適用されるのは2019年6月1日以降に私が配布したステージです。
2019年6月1日より前に配布したステージについてはそれぞれに添付の規約に従ってご使用いただけます。

◆利用規約◆
この利用規約に同意し、規約を守ってお使い頂ける方のみこのステージモデルデータの利用が可能です。
※「ステージモデルデータ」は以下「ステージ」とします。
１．この規約が適用されるのは2019年6月1日以降に配布した私のステージの
みです。
２．このファイルに含まれる全てのデータを使用した際に生じた不具合・損
害等に私は一切責任を負う事が出来ません。
MMDでの使用を前提として作成したものです。他のソフトでの動作は
保障しません。自己責任でご使用下さい。
３．クレジットの記載をお願いします。製作者名は「砂P(sunaP)」でお願い
します。
４．下記の範囲で改造して使用出来ます。
・ポリゴンデータの必要ない部分を削除してお使い頂けます。
・モーフやボーン、物理演算の追加、材質の数値変更してお使い頂け
ます。(2019/6/13追記)
・同梱のテクスチャを色変え等加工して使用することが出来ます。
・テクスチャの差し替えは禁止です。
５．自分が作ったと偽らないでください。
６．このファイルに同梱されている全データーを私以外の人が配布すること
を禁止します。
７．このファイルに同梱されている全データーを私以外の人が販売する事を
禁止します。
８．商用利用について
・このステージを製作者の許可なく商用利用する事は出来ません。
・個人であってもこのステージを金銭を得るために使用することは出
来ません。
・金銭を得るためにこのステージを使用する場合は製作者に連絡して
ください。
営利目的で使用する許可を出せる条件は
・ステージのセットアップにPMXEditorを使わない状態でお渡しす
る事（ファイル形式はpmxです）※1にて補足あり
・対価を支払って頂く事
・この規約を守って頂く事
９. 各種活動への利用について
・このステージはテロや詐欺それに結びつく犯罪行為に直接的または
間接的に関与する
活動に使用する事は出来ません。
・このステージはデモなど個人や団体への抗議を目的とする活動に使
用することは出ません。
・このステージは個人や団体を貶めたり嘲笑う目的で使用する事は出
来ません。
10．ゲームからのリッピングデータとこのステージを一緒に使用しないで下
さい。
11．アニメやゲームの原作絵や公式絵と共にこのステージを使用しないで下
さい。※2にて補足あり
12．ニコニ立体・３Ｄプリンター・VRchatでこのステージを使用しないでく
ださい。
13．規約の意味・解釈は日本語規約の意味が最優先されます。
補足
※1：このステージのセットアップに使用しているソフト(PMXEditor)の規
約により商用利用が禁止されています。購入頂く場合のステージは PMXEditorを使用しない方法でのセットアップとなります。
※2：ご自分で描いたファンアートであれば使っても大丈夫です。
注意：2019年6月1日以前に配布したステージについてはそれぞれに添付の規約に従ってください。

・テクスチャは自作物です。（使用ソフト：Illustrator、Photoshop、CLIPSTUDIO PAINT）

Thank you for downloading this stage model deta (hereinafter, this “Model”).
◆Terms of Use◆
You may use this Model only if you can agree to abide by these Terms of Use
(hereinafter, “Terms”) below.
1. The Terms apply only to my stage models distributed after the 1st of June, 2019 by me, sunaP.
2. I, sunaP, will not be liable for any problems or damages resulting from the use of any data contained in this file.
This Model is designed for exclusive use with MMD.
Operation by using other software programs is not guaranteed. Your use of the data in this file is at your own risk.
3. Attribution to the creator is required. You must present the creator’s name, "砂P" or "sunaP", when using this Model.
4. Regarding modifications,
・ you may remove unnecessary polygon parts.
・ you may create morphs, change the numerical values of material parameters, add bones and physics engine.(Added.13th of June, 2019.)
・you may change included texture colours.
・you may not replace the entire texture with another one.
5. You must not claim this Model as your own.
6. You must not distribute any included data. Distribution can be carried out only by me, 砂P(sunaP).
7. You must not sell any included data. Sale can be carried out only by me, 砂P(sunaP).
8. Regarding commercial use,
・you may not use this Model for any commercial purposes without the creator’s permission.
・you, even if it is for your own personal use, may not use this Model to make a profit.
・Please contact the creator when you wish to use this Model to make a profit.
Conditions upon which you may use this Model for commercial purposes:
・ You agree to receive this Model which is not set up by using PMXEditor.
Please see ※1 for supplementary information.
・ You are required to pay for the cost of this Model.
・ You are required to abide by the Terms.
9. About use for various activities.
・You must not use this stage model Data for direct or indirect involvement in criminal activities related to terrorism or fraud.
・You must not use this stage model Data for protest demonstrations or any protest-related activities against a person or entity.
・You must not use this stage model Data in order to degrade or ridicule a person or entity.
10. You must not use this Model with any stolen content, such as an extracted 3D model from a video game.
11. You must not use this Model with original pictures of animations or video games. Please see ※2 for supplementary information.
12. You must not use this Model Data with Niconi Solid, VRChat or a 3D printer.
13. The meaning or interpretation of the Terms borne by the original Japanese text takes precedence over this English-language version.
supplementary information
※1: The software, PMXEditor, which is used to set up the Model, must not be used for commercial purposes according to its own Terms of Use.
Any model for sale needs to be set up by using a different software program than PMXEditor.
※2: You may use this Model with fan art works produced by your own.

My stage models distributed before the 1st of June, 2019 must be used in accordance with the Terms attached to each file.
