procedure

1. create a shortcut 

2. set a property below
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --app=https://keep.google.com/u/0/#label/bud
  ※labelは、メモを残したいLabel名を設定する。

3. short cut名を、keepにする。Desktopに配備する。

4. shortcutを、win+Rでも起動できるように、DesktopにPathを通しておく。Shortcutに、shortcut key : ctrl+shift+Kを設定。
