Another reason to improve my English④

Good evening！
Yesterday, I wrote about the first reason why I'm worried about the future of Japan.
Today, I will write about the third reason.

The third reason is that the lifetime employment system has been adopted in Japan since the end of the war.

In the system, the salary usually increases as the age increases. In other words, when you're young, your salary is usually low.

Even though there are many excellent young people in Japan, they choose to work for foreign companies that pay higher salaries than Japanese companies that only get cheap salaries.

I don't think there is a wonderful future in Japan, because young and talented human resources are steadily flowing out of Japan.

That is why, I really need to improve my English skills and I want to be able to live in places other than Japan.
