組織の中での見え方

I’ll get promoted, fortunately.
Today I got a call from my (junior) colleague, which is very tough conversation.

She hadn't accept her situation, because her voice is sometime very strong but sometime very weak,,, not stable.
Also her ideas hadn't seemed to make sense.
She hadn't made clear her idea at that time.

So, I tried to listen, but ask her what is the most important point again and again.

Then she end up in the mind she should explain to his boss logically, after understanding her ideal situation.

By the way, sometimes it annoyed me because I was thinking from her boss's point of view.
It didn’t make sense, didn't achieve logical goal, and didn't make compromise with others.
However, this was my point of view even though that was my subordinate's point of view.

I realized hers was my surroundings point of view.
Conversation should be very important for both of us.
