福井県の食材を使い、Goodwood Park Hotelとコラボレーションメニューを開発

福井県の食材（食材詳細：https://www.oishii.sg/ebook/Fukui/）を使用して、Goodwood Park Hotelのシェフと洋食のコラボレーションメニューを開発しました。
日本での食べ方ではなく、現地に合う食べ方を提案。
輸出・輸入業務代行、及び倉庫保管をワンストップで実施しました。

Collaborative Menu Development with Goodwood Park Hotel and Ingredients from Fukui Prefecture
We collaborated with the chefs at Goodwood Park Hotel to develop a Western-style menu featuring ingredients sourced from Fukui Prefecture. Rather than presenting traditional Japanese culinary methods, our approach focused on proposing alternative ways to consume these locally-sourced Japanese ingredients. We provided end-to-end services encompassing export-import facilitation and warehouse storage to ensure a seamless process.
