My story, does this translate ?

Hello 👋🤗

I had the most unpleasant time watching my significant other constantly fighting with bouts of inflammation.

This is known to be more common amongst women and hormone changes can cause flares.

Women with MS outnumber men with the condition by nearly 4 to 1. And this gender gap has only widened in the last 50 years. Experts don’t have a clear explanation for the cause of MS in anyone, much less in women specifically. But they have a few theories that might explain the sex differences in MS rates.

I'll come back to this. As there are many things that people can do to both contain and control the damage of this and other demyelination Illnesses.

One of the first things that I observed - also why I knew Vitamin D3 was really important was down to what I had gleaned from my personal experience with this devastating debilitating illness.

Vitamin D might improve MS symptoms

Some research suggests that vitamin D may reduce the risk of multiple sclerosis (MS).

The receptor for advanced glycation end products #RAGE is a non-specific multi-ligand pattern recognition receptor capable of binding to a range of structurally diverse ligands, expressed on a variety of cell types, and performing different functions.

Many studies have reported an association between AGEs and various chronic inflammatory diseases, and the accumulation of AGEs in vivo is associated with various pathophysiological conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, neurological diseases and cancer. AGEs induce pathological processes through three main mechanisms: first, by altering the structural features of proteins through the formation of crosslinks; second, by interacting with their receptor RAGE, which activates downstream signaling pathways leading to increased production of reactive oxygen species and inflammatory cytokines; and third, by intracellular accumulation.

This is similar to what's happening in the jabbed.

The BBB is a layer of cells that prevents harmful substances from entering the brain and spinal cord from the blood stream. MS is a condition that causes inflammation and damage to the protective covering of nerve fibers, called myelin, in the central nervous system (CNS).

There is evidence that BBB permeability is increased in MS, meaning that the BBB becomes more leaky and allows immune cells and other molecules to cross into the CNS. This can trigger an immune response that attacks the myelin and causes demyelination, which leads to MS symptoms such as vision problems, fatigue, numbness, and weakness. The exact mechanisms of how BBB permeability is increased in MS are not fully understood, but some factors that may contribute are:

- Neurotropic viruses: These are viruses that can infect the nervous system and disrupt the BBB by various mechanisms, such as altering the tight junctions between the endothelial cells that line the blood vessels, or using infected immune cells as a "Trojan horse" to enter the CNS. Some examples of neurotropic viruses that have been associated with MS are Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6), and human endogenous retrovirus (HERV).

- Genetic factors: Some genetic variants of the genes that encode the components of the BBB, such as the receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE), have been linked to a lower or higher risk of developing MS. For instance, one study found that a polymorphism of the RAGE promoter (-374 AA) was associated with a lower risk of MS.

- Environmental factors: Some environmental factors, such as stress, smoking, air pollution, or diet, may influence the integrity and function of the BBB and affect its permeability. For example, one study found that exposure to diesel exhaust particles increased the expression of adhesion molecules on the BBB, which facilitated the entry of immune cells into the CNS.

This is reversible in my experience but there is no overnight fix and it's a very strict regime change. I would not say diet because that wouldn't do it justice.

MS diagnosis is done via differential diagnosis. That basically means they rule out other illnesses by tests. If they come back negative, they assume you have MS. Well, from my research, I believe there are many who have been misdiagnosed and in our case I believe it was lymes.

I will provide what I did for education purposes in the hope it will help another regain some quality of life.

I highly recommend removing all gluten & dairy. You probably won't see a benefit for 4 months.

This is kind of the reason I spoke out about health in the first place.

I used a combination of herbs to fight Lyme, and that's how we prevented further neurological decline. I am happy to say there have not been further attacks. However, over the years that Lyme was left untreated, it caused various damages. Flares of optic neuritis multiple times left her blind at stages, along with issues like Dystonia, nystagmus, memory impairment (both short and long term), drop foot, mshug. The scariest moments were when vital organs, like her swallow function, were affected. Muscle wastage also occurred. I'm sure there were more, but these are the ones that stand out to me.

Honestly I would highly advise people to research these 3 roots the benefits are off the charts with things like Berberine & Houttuynia Cordata for benefits they possess to deal with Lyme infestation. I also like the addition of Sarsaparilla. She took them every other day.

I believe the first medicine was Techfidera

Tecfidera is a medication that is used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), a condition that affects the nervous system. Tecfidera has some pros and cons that you may want to consider before taking it. Here are some of them:

Pros:

- Tecfidera is taken orally (by mouth) twice a day, which may be more convenient than injections or infusions.

- Tecfidera can reduce the frequency and severity of MS relapses, as well as the number of new lesions on MRI scans.

- Tecfidera can also slow down the progression of disability caused by MS.

- Tecfidera is available in a generic version, which may lower the cost of treatment.

Cons:

- Tecfidera can cause some common side effects, such as flushing, stomach problems, rash, and itching. These side effects are usually mild to moderate and can be managed with some tips, such as taking Tecfidera with food or aspirin, or using antihistamines or topical creams.

- Tecfidera can also cause some serious side effects, such as low levels of white blood cells (lymphocytopenia), which can increase the risk of infections. Tecfidera can also cause allergic reactions, such as anaphylaxis and angioedema, which can be life-threatening. These side effects require regular blood tests and medical attention.

- Tecfidera may interact with some other medications, such as antacids, steroids, or immunosuppressants. Tecfidera may also affect the effectiveness of some vaccines. You should tell your doctor about all the medications and supplements you are taking before starting Tecfidera.

- Tecfidera is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people with kidney or liver problems. Tecfidera may harm the unborn baby or pass into breast milk. You should use effective contraception while taking Tecfidera and for at least 4 weeks after stopping it.

At this point, we changed to a different hospital in the private sector to see if the care was better. I am lucky, I guess, because I have health insurance and she was getting some care. The hospital stay was for about the same length of time and there were still multiple visits, but it was at this time that we tried Gilenya. I think this was the worst of all the DMTs. I believe it was some time in 2018 when she was trying this, as nothing seemed to be working and I was losing my wife and the children's mother. Gilenya is a brand name for fingolimod, a medication used to treat relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) in adults and some children. Here are some pros and cons of Gilenya based on the web search results:

Pros:

- Gilenya reduces nerve inflammation and damage caused by MS.

- Gilenya is taken orally once a day, which may be more convenient than injections.

- Gilenya may be more effective than some other MS drugs, such as Avonex, in reducing the number of relapses.

Cons:

- Gilenya can cause serious side effects, such as liver problems, eye problems, infections, heart problems, and brain disorders.

- Gilenya can increase the risk of certain cancers, such as basal cell carcinoma and skin papilloma.

- Gilenya is expensive and may not be covered by some insurance plans.

By 2019, the issues had become severe and her prognosis was not good. She was not eating and afraid of her breathing. She was afraid to close her eyes for fear that she would stop breathing. The pains were so bad that we consulted with pain doctors and had multiple procedures to burn off damaged nerves - to prevent pain. They were a success.

There was also a black box warning on Gilenya.

This was the final time I would be trusting those quacks with the health or wellbeing of the people I care about.

Fortunately for me I met the right people and I learned quickly.

Those people to me are friends for life because in a way they gave me a hunger to learn more.

We tapered her off Gilenya. I proceeded down a holistic path and not too soon.

Hello, everyone. I'm here to tell you about my experience with multiple sclerosis (MS) and how I managed to overcome it with natural remedies and a positive mindset. MS is a chronic inflammatory disease of the central nervous system that can cause various symptoms, such as fatigue, pain, numbness, vision problems, and cognitive impairment. I was diagnosed with MS in 2017, and it was a devastating blow to me and my family. I tried different medications, such as Gilenya, but they only made me feel worse and had serious side effects. I felt like I was losing my wife and the children's mother.

But I didn't give up hope. I decided to take charge of my personal health and look for alternative ways to heal myself. A wise friend once told me we are identical to mushrooms - give the body what it needs and be your own miracle. I did some research and found out that there are natural substances that can promote remyelination and form new neurological pathways. Remyelination is the process of repairing the damaged myelin sheath that covers the nerve fibers and protects them from inflammation. Some of these substances are:

To get rid of the parasites 🪱🪱🪱

- **Black seed oil**: This is also known as nigella sativa, and it has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuroprotective properties. It can modulate the immune system and reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines that cause nerve damage. It can also enhance the activity of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a protein that supports the growth and survival of nerve cells. I take cold pressed black seed oil every day, and I feel a difference in my energy and mood. You can read more about the benefits of black seed oil

- **Lion's mane mushroom**: This is a type of edible mushroom that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It contains compounds called erinacines and hericenones, which can stimulate the production of nerve growth factor (NGF), another protein that promotes the health and regeneration of nerve cells. It can also improve cognitive function, memory, and mood. I take lion's mane mushroom extract every day, and I notice an improvement in my mental clarity and focus. You can read more about the benefits of lion's mane mushroom

- **Reishi mushroom**: This is another type of edible mushroom that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It has anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and neuroprotective properties. It can regulate the balance of Th1 and Th2 cells, which are types of immune cells that are involved in the pathogenesis of MS. It can also protect the nerve cells from oxidative stress and apoptosis. I take reishi mushroom extract every day, and I feel a reduction in my pain and inflammation. You can read more about the benefits of reishi mushroom

- **Melatonin**: This is a hormone that is produced by the pineal gland in the brain. It regulates the circadian rhythm, which is the natural cycle of sleep and wakefulness. It also has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuroprotective properties. It can modulate the immune system and inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines that cause nerve damage. It can also enhance the activity of BDNF and NGF, and protect the nerve cells from oxidative stress and apoptosis. I take melatonin every night, and I sleep better and feel more refreshed in the morning. You can read more about the benefits of melatonin

- **CBD**: This is a cannabinoid that is derived from the cannabis plant. It has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and neuroprotective properties. It can interact with the endocannabinoid system, which is a network of receptors and molecules that regulate various physiological processes, such as pain, inflammation, mood, and memory. It can also modulate the immune system and reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines that cause nerve damage. It can also protect the nerve cells from oxidative stress and apoptosis. I take CBD oil every day, and I feel a relief in my pain and anxiety. You can read more about the benefits of CBD from Kevin McKernans work 🙌❤️

These are the natural remedies that I use to heal my MS. I also follow a healthy diet, exercise regularly, meditate, and practice gratitude. I believe that the mind and the body are connected, and that a positive mindset can make a huge difference in the healing process. I also learned a lot about the possible causes and triggers of MS, such as infections, toxins, and stress. I discovered that there is a link between Lyme borreliosis and MS, and that many MS patients may actually have Lyme disease, which is a bacterial infection caused by Borrelia burgdorferi, transmitted by ticks

I hope that my story can inspire and help others who are suffering from MS or other chronic diseases. I want to share my journey with you and show you that there is hope and that you can heal yourself. You are not alone, and

you are not a victim. You are a warrior, and you have the power to overcome any challenge. Be your own miracle, and never give up. Thank you for reading. 🙌🤗❤️ End of rant for now!!!

I hope this translates correct 💯

Thanks for taking interest.
