Why Japanese students study abroad to learn English?

Somehow we the Japanese believe that if you move to Australia, America, or another country, our life will be completely different.
We kind of imagine that if we are in that environment, then we'll be going to learn English naturally.
But I think unfortunately it doesn't happen.
You shouldn't expect that from the environment. The environment isn't going to give you anything.
There are a lot of opportunities to learn English in Japan.

It's totally up to you if you try to learn English.
