Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement を読んでいたら、契約先が以下のように微妙に異なっているのがわかりました。

アメリカ大陸 : Microsoft Corporation
アメリカ大陸以外 : Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited
インド : Microsoft Corporation (India) Pvt. Ltd. ("MCIPL")
日本 : Microsoft Operations Pte Ltd.
台湾 : Microsoft Taiwan Corporation
Korea : Microsoft Korea, Inc.

例えば、United States の場合は以下です。

Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement
This Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement is between the entity you represent, or, if you do not designate an entity in connection with a Subscription purchase or renewal, you individually ("you" or "your"), and Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft", "we", "us", or "our"). マイクロソフト オンライン サブスクリプション契約
