もはや 感覚もなく
もはや 瞑想もなく
もはや 観想もなく

体には 躍動する静けさだけ
心には 拡がる静寂だけ
魂には 生起する響きだけ

すべての創造を超える
生の歓喜

- Joy of Life –

no more mindfulness
no more meditation
no more contemplation

it is only pervading serenity in your body
only expanding stillness in your heart
only arising fragrance in your soul

the presence of the Spirit
that is Joy of Life
beyond all
