Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Round Tubing
Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), as referenced is dipping round steel piping into a kettle or vat of zinc liquid of 500℃ temperatures. This behavior can make the steel surface attached to the zinc layer so as to achieve the purpose of resisting corrosion. Due to its simple operation, fast production, and low cost, hot dipped galvanizing is carried out cheaply in large batches.
Contrary to cold galvanized steel round tubing, hot dipped galvanizing process is firmly adhered to and chemically stable. Therefore, the demand for HDG is increasing yearly, eventually turning into an effectively anti-corrosive treatment. It is popularly used in all kinds of steel structural products.
