CNAのSkill Test で使う英会話（２３種類）

以下は実技試験で覚えた実技の会話です。英語は参照まで、間違ってる所もきっとあります。
本番の試験はめちゃくちゃルーズで、試験官はチューイングガム噛みながら、なんなら途中電話しながらの試験でした😲筆記試験のときちらっと試験管みたらドーナツ食べてた🍩🍩アメリカ～ン

#１Hand Hygiene

#２Apply one knee elastic stocking.　弾性ストッキング（片足）

#3 Ambulate using transfer belt

3 Before beginning care, I make sure the bed is rocked,  the bed is at a safety level, and the curtains is closed.  my spply is one transfer belt.
4.OK、first ,I make sure you wear nonskid shoes.
5. then,we're going to move sitting positio.  I can assist you. I'm going to move your feet first, and then, we're changing positin. you're going to move to a sitting position. Are you dizzy at all?
7 I make sure your feet on the floor. can you put your foot into shoes?
8 then, I'll put  a gate belt around the west,  please spread your arms? 
is it tight?  I make sure 2 fingers in.
10 OK, I make sure bed is rocked.   
I  make sure toe to toe knee to knee.
We're going to stand up, please put your hands on my sholder?
I 'll count 12 3. Are you ready?  1,2 and3(stand)
11 Are you dizzy? is it OK?
12 could you hold my hand? I spport behind you and I keep gate belt.
13.we can walk 10 feet slowly and safety.
14 Please turn over.
15 OK, We can back your bed.  Do you feel the bed on your back leg?
16 I make sure toe to toe knee to knee.

#4Assist with use of bedpan

1.Hi, Is it good time to use  bed pan?

3. Before beggining care , close curtain,bed rocked, bed is a sefty level,hand washing ,put gloves
4.I'm going lower the head of the bed.
5.I'll remove your blanket - please raise up your hip-I'm going to place barrier,and put on bed pan under your bottoms,   ツバが広いほうが後ろ

#5 Clean upper or lower denture

2 I'm goin to get supplyes my supply is denture cup,toothbrush,toothpaste,
put on gloves
3first, I'll put on barrier. and I prepare tooth brush 
4 rinse denture in good temperature water.
5 brushes all surface
6Rinse akk surfaces

8place denture in denture cup
9 rinse toothbrush

#9 Dress Client with affected right arm

6 I dispose gown

#11 Gives modified bed bath (face and one arm hand and underarm)

#12 Masure and record blood pressure

#14 Masure weight

#15Peform modified passive Renge of motion one Knee and Ankle

4 OK,　Let's start moving from the knee. Let me know if you get pain.

#16 ROM shoulder
