Remind yourself the power you have in Now.


It's important to fear things properly.

To not thik about things because it's unpleasent, is extremely dangerous.
You must prepare for the worst case for the worst case scenario.
Once you're prepared for the worst, it is easier to live optimistically and boldly.
We have all the more reason to be prepared because we don't know what could happen. This is life.
The bare minimum of being an adult is to live ready for the unexpected.

Our minds always travel to the past and the future.
This is the nature of the mind. Shifting between past and the future is our brain operates.
But if we manage this function improperly, we are easily ridden by dread.
A poor use of our minds would be holding grudges or being worried about future failures, or festering in greed or anger.
This is how we damage our brains and cosequently our life.

The proper usage of our minds is to reflect on the past and learn from the mistakes, then imagine a brighter future.
Also, look at things objectively without involving your emotions.

What about our bodies?
Our bodies want to avoid pain and want to be in optimal condition.
So a poor usage of our bodies would be not getting the right nutrients or not getting proper rest.
When we understnd our brains and bodies and manage them well, we give birth to happiness. And this leads to success.

We all know there is no guarantee of what the future holds, but depending on what we imagine for our future, we can have a significant impact on our current life.
By changing what we imagine, we change our life trajectory.

To ensure your best present moment, first, imagine a beautiful future.
Then, calculate and work bacwards from there.
"What are the steps that need to be taken to reach this future?"
And finally, unravel what you must do now, in this moment.
That's what "Living for the moment" means.

If you're not putting in your all to the now, we leave room for ourselves to get very anxious about what's to come.

Then we get overwhelmed, and then your day's over befor you could even take a solid step towards your best future.

When our "nows" become fulfilling, the joy starts to override anxiety.
Anxiety will not be completely dispelled, but the more you do this, the easir it is to feel in control of your anxiety.

Take a deep breath and remind yourself the power you have in the Now.
