"Just Do It." Keep asking me.

We become smarter excavators with every question
and breakthrough we experience.
"Why can't I solve this problem?"
"Why is everything so hard to manage?"
"What is my destiny?"
and face there questions internally.
As you keep questioning, you hidden potentials
that you wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.
But when you reach the answer,
there is no better feeling than the sweet release of
a new revelation you found within yourself.
There is also a fine line between thinking thoroughly
and thinking too much.
If you feel as though
you are running in circles,
let me give you two methods to try
when you feel your question is not taking you anywhere.

1. Change the question.
Play around with
who, what, when, where, why and how.
And change deprecating questions to productive ones.
For example, instead of
"Why can't I do this?" ask yourself,
"How can I do this?"
Or "Who can I ask?"
Or "Where can I go?"

2. Change your environment.
Zen is very against thinking within your head.
You are always encouraged to physically move
when seeking answers
because a change of scenery can lead
you to change of perspectives.

You may have heard the advice,
"Don't think. Just move."
After week of ruminating, he wasn't expecting an answer,
he never stopped questioning; he was able to reach
a revelation even after work hours.

These questions are your fuel to expire.
They are the sails to your ship.

One day your "aha" moment will show up
at a time and place you least expected.

So don't give up on your questions.
