I feel both excited and nervous.

My first day of work at a vegan curry restaurant has been scheduled. I feel both excited and nervous. I've heard that there are many foreign customers, so I'll need to use English.
One of my goals in working there is to become more comfortable speaking English.

I tend to feel tense in my body when starting something new.

Anyway, I've decided to meditate before going to sleep because I believe good sleep can greatly reduce anxiety.
