Relax your brain

Today was so cold that I needed to wear a thick coat. 🥶

I've heard that it's very important to address the fatigue in your brain and stomach in order to alleviate ongoing fatigue in your body.

Even if you give your body a massage or anything else, it won't be fundamentally resolved if your brain or stomach is tired.

I learned some exercises to relax the brain, so I'll try them starting today and see what happens.
