So we have to make sure that we can sweep all that away, and when we do, life will get better for transgender people.

But also if, now going back to your comments about, your points about me using the word epidemic, I would say again all this (myths of?) epidemic, and I talked about where the evidence was coming from in the previous question.  And I'm not going to shy away from this.  We cannot create a chilling effect on politicians and physicians or anyone else, raising concerns.  That is not what our job is.
