このポストはバラエティ豊かなFREITAGラインナップを1モデルずつ紹介していくマガジンF-NOTE NUMBERS用ポストです。

本日ご紹介するのはF52 MIAMIVICE（マイアミバイス）です！

1996年に発表されたショッピングバッグ風バッグです。FREITAGの中でも最もシンプルな作り（？）でとても大好きなモデルです。

このモデルの誕生秘話が大好きなんです。

FREITAGがZurichで売れ始めたころ、大手のスーパー「MIGROS」がFREITAGの代表的なメッセンジャーモデルを模倣した安価な商品を販売しました。いわゆるパクリ商品ですね。
もちろんパクリ自体は好ましいわけではありません。けれど、模倣されるということは、オリジナルであることが証明されたともいえます。喜ばしいことでもある、そう解釈したのかもしれません。

そこでFREITAGの創始者であるFREITAG兄弟はMIGROSを訴える措置はとらず、MIGROSのショッパーを模倣し返すという行動に出ます。

そうして誕生したのモデルがこのF52 MIAMIVICEなのです。FREITAGなりのMIGROSへのアンサーなのです。モデル名に採用されたMIAMIVICEが刑事ドラマなのもウケます。

↑これがMIGROSのショッパーですね。

このモデルは全てが幌でできているという点も大好きなポイントです。自転車のインナーチューブもシートベルトも使用されていません。内ポケットもなく、ただの袋って感じです。その粗雑な感じもぶっきらぼうで良いです。

さらにこのモデルは仕様の異なるいくつかの限定バージョンも存在します。
美術館とのコラボモデル、全て白い（グレーな）モデル、両面にロゴのついたモデル、F-Cut、外側にポケットのついたモデルなどなど。

とにかく大好きなモデル。オススメ度4.9ですかね！

Today we ’re introducing F52 MIAMIVICE!

It is a shopping bag style bag released in 1996. It is the model that I love very much because it is the simplest (?) In FREITAG.

I love the secret story behind this model.

When FREITAG began to become popular in Zurich, a major supermarket “MIGROS” sold inexpensive products that imitated FREITAG's typical messenger model.
Of course, imitation itself is not desirable. However, being imitated can be said to have proved to be original. Maybe it was a joyful interpretation.

Therefore, the FREITAG brothers, the founder of FREITAG, do not sue MIGROS, but take action to imitate the MIGROS shopper.

The model that was born in this way is this F52 MIAMIVICE. It is interesting that "MIAMIVICE" adopted as the model name is a criminal drama.

I also love the fact that this model is all made of track TARP. The inner tube and seat belt of the bicycle are not used. There is no inner pocket, just a bag. The rough feeling can be brilliant.

In addition, this model also has several limited versions with different specifications.
Collaboration models with museums, all white (gray) models, models with logos on both sides, F-Cut, models with pockets on the outside, etc.

I wonder if I will introduce them next time.

Anyway, my favorite model. Recommended 4.9!
