FREITAG F73/F204 COOPER

今回はF73 COOPER（クーパー）というモデルをご紹介します。

マイ1st FREITAGはこのCOOPERというモデルでした。
2008年のお正月にD&DEPARTMENT PROJECT 東京店にて巡り会いました。

F73 COOPERは2003年発表のDOWNTOWN TWINPEAKSシリーズ。
5種類の同シリーズモデルにはデビットリンチ監督の名作ドラマの登場人物名が付けられています。TWINPEAKSモデルはタウンユースに作られていて、
メッセンジャーバッグが代名詞とされるFREITAGとしてはあまり知られていない（？）シリーズ。

F73 COOPERは容量が23.9Lと大容量。荷物が入りすぎて持てなくなるくらい入ります。取っ手が長く、肩掛け可能なところがナイス。
内ポケットもあり、さらには携帯用のポケットもある、超オススメのタイプ。

さらに2016年にリニューアルしてストラップが追加されました。新型はF204として日本限定で販売されています。
もともと日本の文化（築地の職人が使用していた鞄）からインスパイアされて誕生したモデルということもあり、ローンチイベントは銀座店にて行われました。Top画のCOOPERは新型です。

個人的意見ですが、FREITAGはロゴ、取っ手部分、ベルト、縫糸、ベルクロ、ジョイント、などの構成パーツが全て白黒で統一されているため、モノトーン系幌との「バッグを形成するパーツレベルでの相性」が抜群だと思います。
なので、オールブラック／オールホワイト人気も頷ける。（推奨派です）
しかし、オールブラックは柄がない分ちょっと寂しいのも分かる。なので、
黒地に文字入り等のタイプはそのあたりの問題をクリアして、ちょうど良いバランスだと予測できる欲しいタイプ。

This time I will introduce a F73 COOPER.

Black character on white base. My favorite monotone type. My 1st FREITAG!
I met at D & DEPARTMENT PROJECT Tokyo store on New Year's Day 2008.

F73 COOPER is a DOWNTOWN TWINPEAKS series announced in 2003.
Five types of series models are named after the character of the masterpiece drama directed by David Lynch. TWINPEAKS model is made for town use,
Messenger bags are famous but this is not.

F73 COOPER has a large capacity of 23.9L. Enter as much as you can't hold your luggage. The handle is long and it is nice to have a shoulder.
A super-recommended type that has internal pockets and even a portable pocket.

Renewed in 2016 and added a strap. The new model is sold as F204 only in Japan.
The launch event was held at the Ginza store because it was originally a model inspired by Japanese culture (the bag used by Tsukiji craftsmen).

My personal opinion is that FREITAG has all the black and white components, such as logo, handle, belt, sewing thread, velcro, joint, etc., so I think it has excellent compatibility with the monotone tarp.

So all black popularity is also profitable.
However, I understand that all black is a little lonely because there is no pattern. So,
A type with characters on a black background is a type that you want to be able to predict is a good balance by clearing the problem around it.
