What to do if your facial movements become strange after facial muscle training

*This is for people in the same situation as me.
*If you suspect you have a disease such as facial nerve paralysis, please visit a hospital.

I started facial muscle training more than 15 years ago,
and that was the trigger for my facial movements to gradually become strange.
As a result, my physical and mental state also deteriorated, and eventually I was in a state where my facial expressions could hardly function properly. Fortunately, I am currently on the way to improving, but my facial expressions continue to move all day long.

However, in the process, I found a way to restore my facial movements, and I would like to share it with you.
First, there are two main things you need to do.
The first is to prepare your environment.
The second is to carry out the method to restore your facial movements.
Both of these are very important.

[How to restore facial movements]
First, I will talk about the second method to restore facial movements.
The method to restore facial movements is further divided into two steps.
The first step is Implementing the four classification methods for facial movements
The second step is to control the cycle of facial movements
I will start by explaining the first step

"Four classification methods for facial movements"

Four classification methods for facial movements 1

Facial movements can be broadly classified into four categories

They can be divided into vertical and horizontal axes, with the vertical axis being whether there is mouth movement or not, and the horizontal axis being whether the facial movement is conscious or not

  1. Conscious facial movements with mouth movement

  2. Conscious facial movements without mouth movement

  3. Unconscious facial movements with mouth movement

  4. Unconscious facial movements without mouth movement

There are four types. I will explain in detail what kind of movements they are

1.Conscious facial movements with mouth movement
This includes the facial movements that everyone, including myself, made when we first started facial muscle training
Moving your mouth to "iuiuiu", "eee", or "aiueo"
All conscious mouth movements are included here

2.Conscious facial movements without mouth movement
This also includes the facial movements that everyone, including me, made when we first started training our facial muscles.
This includes all movements that consciously move your facial expression upwards or up and down, such as moving your facial expression in a "mpampa" manner, lifting your facial expression upwards, or opening your facial expression upwards.

3.Unconscious facial movements with mouth movement
The first goal is to reach this point.
This is a movement where you move your mouth, but it is clearly different from 1.
Honestly, it is quite difficult to get a feel for this.
But once you get the hang of it, it's fine.
And there is an easy way to get there.
I will explain this later.

4.Unconscious facial movements with no mouth movement
This is extremely simple
If you move your facial expressions freely without thinking about anything, being conscious of anything, and making no plans, you will end up with this method

Four classification methods for facial movements 2

The goal you should aim for is 3, unconscious facial movements with mouth movement, but I honestly don't know if you can get there directly
However, there is a very simple way, and you can reach 3 by going through 4, unconscious facial movements with no mouth movement, once

When you perform 4, you may feel better temporarily at first
Since you still have a reserve of facial movements up to now
However, as time passes, your mouth movements will disappear and you will feel worse accordingly
Your mental state will also deteriorate You will also lose strength in your body, and you will feel pain in your chest and heart area. In my case, I also had delusions (thinking about things that are not actually happening).
The more time goes by, the more painful it becomes. At the same time, you will feel a strong desire to move your mouth muscles.
This feeling of energy building up around your mouth is very important. When energy starts to build up around your mouth, you should let that feeling take over and move your mouth.
This is the third unconscious facial movement, which involves mouth
movement.
Once you have mastered this feeling, all you have to do is maintain it.
In my case, I write the phrases "I need to move my mouth" and "I need the corners of my mouth" in my notebook.
I kept this number 3 in my head and maintained the unconscious mouth movement

The question is how long it will take to get to this point
In my case, it took me about six months to reach number 3
But of course it won't take that long for you
If you know this method from the beginning, I think you can do it quite efficiently
However, this will vary from person to person, and it's quite difficult to say how long it will take
As a rough guide, it should take about a few weeks
The important thing is, as I wrote earlier, that you don't have enough mouth movement and energy is building up around your mouth
(The feeling that you really want to move your mouth muscles sideways)
If you can achieve this, you will be able to do it more efficiently.
It's okay if it's as short as that, but on the other hand, if you don't get this feeling after a few weeks, you may need a little more time.
Of course, your condition will also deteriorate during this time.
This may affect your social life and work.
In fact, it seems quite difficult to continue working properly in this state.
It will also affect communication, so in some cases you may need to discuss and make arrangements with your family in advance.
(This is very difficult to explain.)
So this also leads to preparing the environment.
I will write about this later.

Additional information: About the feeling of energy accumulating in your mouth
If you have difficulty understanding this feeling, please take your time and maintain state 4.
If you do that, you will definitely feel that your mouth is not moving enough as time goes by, and you will feel like you want to move your mouth.
The more you endure with energy accumulated in your mouth, the more extreme the changes will be, and the easier it will be to understand and grasp the feeling.
Ideally, I think it would be smoother to maintain the state of energy accumulated in your mouth as much as possible and endure it.
However, the longer you maintain the state of 4, the worse your condition will become, and the more difficult it will become, so I think it's necessary to find a balance...
And once you reach number 3, you'll feel so much better it'll be like nothing you've experienced before.
It's like I went from hell to heaven, like the world has changed 180 degrees, and I feel so much better I want to jump up and sprint.
It's clear that I'm different from before, and I'm convinced that I've returned to my senses.
And this is the end of the first stage of how to restore facial expression movement.

"How to control the cycle of facial expressions"
And now, I will explain the second step of how to return facial movements to their original state.
This is a method to control facial movements in the long term.
Why is this method necessary? You may already know this, but even if you move your facial expressions and your facial movements improve temporarily, that state will not last forever.
The more you move your facial expressions, the more your facial expressions change.
As a result, you often cannot maintain a good facial expression state and your condition worsens.
Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the improved facial movements.
And after reaching the unconscious mouth movement in number 3, there is a cycle to the facial movements.

In conclusion, the method is "moving your facial expressions for 6 days, and then stopping all facial movements for one day to rest."
By doing this, you can control and improve your facial expressions without them getting worse.
I will explain what this means.

In my case,
On the first day, I move my facial expressions and go to sleep, but the next morning I cannot stop my facial expressions. I absolutely need to move my facial expressions.
Then on the second day, I move my facial expressions. Then I go to sleep, but the next morning I cannot stop my facial expressions.
On the third day, I move my facial expressions. I feel like I am feeling a little better. But the next morning I still cannot stop my facial expressions.
On the fourth day, I move my facial expressions. I feel like I'm feeling even better. But the next morning I can't stop my facial expressions.
Day 5 I move my facial expressions. I'm feeling even better. But the next morning I can't stop my facial expressions.
Day 6 I move my facial expressions. I feel incredibly better. But this is very confusing. The more I move my facial expressions, the better I feel.
Maybe if I keep moving my facial expressions like this, I'll feel better and improve. But in reality, this is not the case.
Day 6 I sleep and wake up the next morning. (This is the morning of the 7th day.) I feel a little different than usual. My facial expressions feel more stable than usual, and my chest and stomach are relatively firm.
But I'm not in 100% of my best condition. I feel about 70%, but even though I'm feeling better than usual, I wonder if I can lead a normal social life in this condition.
Then I'm tempted to move my facial expressions, so I do.
When I do this, my condition drops drastically.
It's so obvious that you can tell in an instant that my condition is dropping. I feel like I've gone too far. This is very important.
In other words, the morning of the 7th day was the time to stop expressing your facial expressions.
By using your facial expressions for 6 days, your facial expression will improve, and then on the 6th day you will reach your peak, and on the 7th day you should stop expressing your facial expressions.

In my case, I used my facial expressions for 6 days and then rested for 1 day, but I honestly don't know if this will happen to you.
But I think you will probably end up in almost the same state.
I think you will need to make fine adjustments while watching how you are.
However, the way to know this is very simple. As I just explained, if you use your facial expressions for a few days and then find the timing when your condition drops drastically, that day is the day when you should stop expressing your facial expressions. You will know that it was time to stop.
You can use a notebook or a memo pad or whatever, and you will know right away if you count the days when you started to make facial expressions starting from the first day.

By the way, as a word of caution, if you repeatedly exceed the facial expression cycle and your condition drops drastically, your own condition will gradually drop.
I have done this more than 42 times, which is a very simple calculation.
As a result, your condition will drop to the limit and you will see hell, but of course, if you know this method from the beginning, I don't think that will happen.
I don't think you need to be too nervous about this.

I don't think it will have much of an impact if you fail once, twice, or three times. Of course, it's better not to do it
However, in order to control this cycle of facial expressions, it is necessary to prepare the environment
There is a possibility that the facial movements will not stop all day, and conversely, on days when the facial movements are stopped, the facial movements cannot be made

By the way, I will write down the details of the days when the facial movements are made and the days when the facial movements are stopped

"Days when facial movements are made"
On days when the facial movements are made, it is basically quite difficult to consciously stop the facial movements
This is because, in the case of conscious facial movements, which are on the left side of the diagram of the four classification methods of facial movements, it is easy to stop the facial movements, but the situation changes when it comes to unconscious facial movements, which are on the right side of this diagram
Since it is an unconscious facial movement, it is difficult to consciously stop the facial movements. This is also a difficult part.
For example, it becomes difficult to consciously stop facial expressions before going to work or meeting people, or before going to bed, which affects your social life.
Well, I think you will be able to control it as you get used to it.
Then, if your facial expressions are distorted, your mind will become a mess, your body will lose strength, your mental state will become unstable, and you will be unable to do anything properly.
(This will gradually ease. You need to be especially careful at the beginning.)
So in that sense, I think you will not be able to live your daily life or work properly.
This is a difficult part.

"A day to stop facial expressions"
And on the day to stop facial expressions, this means that you will not consciously make any facial expressions.
Basically, it is best to think of not moving your facial expressions at all.
Then, you need to eliminate all things that could cause your facial expressions to move.
For example, shaving, grooming your eyebrows, and maybe even makeup.
You may also want to be careful when eating noodles. If you move your mouth as if you are slurping, your lips will curl and your facial expressions may be affected.
I also thought that studying English could be dangerous because the muscles around the mouth could be subtly affected. (Even if you're just reading text)
For example, after brushing your teeth, taking water into your mouth and gargling is also not good. If you think about it, taking water into your mouth and gargling is itself an act of moving your face.
(Brushing your teeth and flossing are OK, I was careful not to move my face as much as possible)
I also refrained from talking as much as possible. But it's not impossible.
I just think it's better to refrain from talking when you're feeling unwell.
However, this can be very difficult if your family is around.
By the way, this may be somewhat alleviated by wearing a mask.
It's easier mentally and you don't have to watch the movements around your mouth, so it may be a good idea to wear a mask when you go out in public on days when you don't move your face.
Also, on days when you don't move your face, your face is stable and your mind is clear, but on the other hand, you may not be able to put much strength into your body. So it may be difficult to move your body.
(In my case, in the early days when I was really unwell, I would spend most of my days off lying down and not moving my face.)

And by repeatedly using your facial expressions for 6 days and resting for 1 day, your condition will improve.
Really just keep repeating this.
Use your facial expressions for 6 days and rest for 1 day, then use your facial expressions for another 6 days and rest for 1 day.
By doing this, your facial expressions will gradually improve, even though there will be ups and downs.

Additional information: About controlling the cycle.
The basic rule is to use your facial expressions for 6 days and rest for 1 day, but in some cases, this cycle may change.
For example, the 7th day is the day when you should stop using your facial expressions, but sometimes you wake up in the morning and absolutely need to move your mouth.
In that case, it's OK to use your facial expressions. Or rather, it may be better to use them.
If you don't move your mouth enough, your physical condition will deteriorate and you may be hit with extreme headaches and nausea.
It's best to deal with this flexibly.
In some cases, you may use your facial expression for 7 days and then rest for 1 day, or you may use your facial expression for 8 days and then rest for 1 day.
This is based on your own sense, so please be flexible and follow your condition.

Supplement 2: If you exceed the facial expression cycle.
If you exceed the cycle and move your facial expression on the 7th day, when you should stop moving your facial expression, will you start moving your facial expression from that day and change to the 1st day?
This is also a case-by-case basis.
This may happen, but you may be able to move your facial expression on the 7th day and stop moving your facial expression normally the next morning.
(In that case, the cycle will be 7 days of moving your facial expression and then resting for 1 day.)
This should also be done flexibly. I think it's best to deal with it while watching how you feel.
It's important to deal with it flexibly.

Supplement 3: About controlling facial movements before going to bed
This is also very important, and I had a lot of trouble with it.
The reason is that in the diagram of the four classification methods of facial movements,
the control of facial movements is completely different between the conscious facial movements on the left and the unconscious facial movements on the right.
The unconscious facial movements on the right are unconscious movements, so it is difficult to stop them consciously.
So even if you try to sleep, you may not be able to stop the facial movements.
The more you feel unwell, the more difficult this will be.
On the other hand, if you are feeling well, it may not be so noticeable. That's what I did too.
I don't think you will feel as bad as I did, so you may not be bothered by it, but I'll write down how to deal with it just in case.

First of all, regarding facial movements when you go to sleep, in principle, you should think that any state is fine.
It is necessary to think flexibly. If you become too conscious of it or aim for 100%, you may find it difficult to reach your goal and get bogged down in a quagmire.
So I think it's best to aim for about 70% of the ideal state.
In any case, you only need to maintain it while you're sleeping, and you'll move your facial expressions when you wake up the next morning.
And in the long term, this will have almost no effect on improvement.
I think it's okay to think of it as anything as long as you can stop your facial expressions while you sleep.
However, I don't need to explain this to you, but I think you can probably understand it intuitively, but some mouth movement is necessary.
For example, if there is no mouth movement at all and facial expressions move upwards or up and down, If you sleep with your mouth stiff, you may feel very unwell the next morning.
This has happened to me 2-3 times in the past.
The muscles in the back of my neck were extremely stiff, and I had a very strong headache and sometimes vomited.
So it is necessary to move your mouth to a certain extent.
*However, I think you probably feel the need to move your mouth unconsciously, and I think it's okay if you move your facial expressions normally.

*When you move your facial expressions before going to bed, you basically do so unconsciously.
If you do this, there will eventually come a time when your facial expressions are in order and you can stop moving your facial expressions, so at that point you will stop moving your facial expressions and go to sleep.
It's basically unconscious. But in some cases you may strain yourself a little. This is a case-by-case basis, so please make fine adjustments yourself.

In my case, the facial movements before going to bed were completely different depending on the time.
Before my facial movements worsened, I would normally spend time playing with my computer before going to bed, and at a certain point I felt that it was time to stop my facial movements.
So I would normally stop my facial movements and go to sleep (both my facial movements and the timing of stopping are quite natural).
However, as my condition worsened, it became difficult to naturally stop my facial movements,
so I would move my face while preparing to sleep on my futon (I think I was probably moving my face with more force than usual), and then I would adjust my facial movements before going to sleep.
After that, when my facial movements became even more unstable (as an aside, this was the time when my condition worsened due to the swing back of my facial movements after I went to a practician).
Before going to bed, I would sit or stand on my futon for 2 to 3 hours, and sometimes even 6 hours at my worst, but I would move my facial expressions and force my mouth movements and somehow manage to fall asleep.

This is just my example, and I think it will be completely different for everyone.
Again, any method is fine as long as you can stop your facial expressions while you sleep.
You need to be flexible in how you move your facial expressions.

As an additional note, if the next morning you move your facial expressions normally, that's fine, but if the next morning is a day when you stop moving your facial expressions completely.
In this case, the state of your facial expressions before going to bed the previous day will be reflected directly in how you feel the next day.
(Because you can't move your facial expressions at all the next day, your facial expressions will be frozen in the state they were the day before.)
So in my case, I was very tense and strained.
To be honest, this is difficult. You can go to bed in a very bad mood and wake up the next morning,
but in that case, the next day you may feel bad for the whole day. However, if you try to make a good facial expression the day before (this is the 6th day since I started moving my facial expressions),
you may end up straining yourself, get stuck in a quagmire, and have difficulty sleeping, which can disrupt your daily rhythm.
This is a very difficult problem. You need to consider the balance between how much your daily rhythm can be disrupted and how well you need to be the next day.
In my case, I had not been working for a long time, so in the beginning, I thought that at worst, I could spend the next day lying down.
But that was only in the beginning. After that, it was not so bad.
This is quite difficult. However, this cycle of "moving facial expressions for 6 days and resting for 1 day" will not continue forever,
so I think it will probably be a matter of patience for 1-2 years.

"New stage"
Up until now, I think I've been repeating the process of moving my facial expressions for 6 days and then stopping them for 1 day to rest
However, this does not continue forever. After a certain amount of time, the stage will change
In my case, it was about 3 years. After a certain point, my facial expressions will no longer stop
There will be no days when I don't move my facial expressions
I think I was probably building up my facial expressions by moving my facial expressions for 6 days and then resting for 1 day
I think I'm entering a phase where I will move all the facial expressions I've been resting all at once
My facial expressions will really no longer stop moving, and they will move in a straight line. My facial expressions will accelerate and I may feel temporarily unwell
From here, I will move my facial expressions for 6 days, then move my facial expressions for another 6 days, and repeat this process
However, I don't think this is a bad change. If I move my facial expressions for 6 days and then rest for 1 day, the ups and downs are so big that it is very difficult to live my daily life
I think that by entering a new stage from there, I'm probably trying to use up all the energy in my facial expressions, and when I've used up all the energy, my facial expressions will return to normal
I haven't reached that point yet
All I have to do is repeat this process over and over
It's a race against time. You can't actively make an effort to improve your facial expression, so you just have to wait for time to pass.
And the time it takes to improve is related to the amount of energy in your facial expression.
The amount of energy is the difference in your facial expression.
This depends on how much time has passed since you started facial muscle training, and how much you have been experimenting with your facial movements
(The more you experiment, the more your facial movements will become strange)
The more you exceed the cycle of 6 days of facial movement and 1 day of rest after implementing the 4 classification method of facial movements, the more this energy will accumulate
So it is very important to control this well
The less energy your facial movements have, the faster you will improve

"How long will it take for my facial expressions to return to their original state?"
This is very difficult to predict
Because my condition and your condition are so different
It has been more than 5 and a half years since I implemented the 4 classification method of facial movements, but I still have not returned to my original state
However, I think this is because I continued to fail to control my facial expressions, and the amount of energy in my facial expressions became extremely large
(I exceeded the cycle of 6 days of facial movements and 1 day of rest more than 42 times, and my facial movements were affected by going to a chiropractor, which caused them to become very unstable)
I think your situation is completely different. If you can control your facial expressions well from the beginning, I think you can minimize this amount of energy.
So,

If you are a little optimistic, about one to two years.
If you want to give yourself a little more leeway, about two to three years.

I think that at this point in time, this is a good guideline.
To be honest, there is no precedent for this, so it is impossible to predict, but I think it is good to assume this as a guideline.
That's all for how to control facial movements.

[The need to prepare the environment]
Next, I will talk about how to prepare the environment.
As I have mentioned before, preparing the environment is very important.
By carrying out the method to restore facial movements, your condition will temporarily drop, and it will have a negative effect on all aspects of your physical condition, brain function, mental state, etc. This is because it will affect you.
You should think that this effect is different from what you have been doing so far.
Going back to the four classifications of facial expressions, the changes that occur in the body are different between the conscious facial expressions on the left and the unconscious facial expressions on the right.
It is better not to think by the standards of the past.
Your current condition and the changes that occur are case-by-case, so there may be some parts that are difficult to say,
but I think it is almost impossible to practice this method while working.
I don't think I can work in this state, where my facial expressions don't stop all day, and in some cases my eyes can't be opened because of the facial expressions, my body is weak and my head is all messed up.
I think you will need an environment where you don't come into contact with people as much as possible, a private room where you can freely move your facial expressions, and enough time to do nothing and freely move your facial expressions.
It is better to think that jobs that involve contact with people are impossible.
If you are currently doing this kind of work, you may need to quit or take a break.
Otherwise, it could become very painful. It is a very tough situation to have to communicate at work when your facial expressions are constant,
it is difficult to speak, your brain is not working, words are not coming out, and you cannot communicate properly.
I think it should be avoided at all costs.
(I think you can communicate with your family at home.)

Additional note: If you are currently working in such a job and cannot quit or take a break from it for a while, I think it is better to postpone the method to improve your facial expressions. Otherwise, it will be very painful.
So you need to take a break or quit your job, which is a very difficult situation.
Since you cannot explain your condition, what should you say to take a break or quit your job, and what will you do about money and live in the meantime?
This is really case-by-case and difficult, but I think the following methods can be given as ways to deal with it.

  • If you have enough savings, live off your savings.

  • Live with support from relatives.

  • Receive public assistance (Realistically, at this stage, I feel that the only option is welfare assistance.)

  • Receive support from NPOs, etc.

Supplementary Note:
If you are unable to work due to some illness, you should get a doctor's diagnosis and talk to your family to ask for their cooperation, or in some cases rely on public assistance such as disability pensions or welfare.
The difficult part, and I think this is probably true for everyone, is that you haven't been to the hospital and don't have the option to go in the first place.
Even if you go to the hospital, it's impossible to explain or prove it, and the more you try to confirm that your facial expressions are strange, the worse your condition will become, and you'll end up in a quagmire.
So I think it's impossible to get a doctor's certificate.
This is the very difficult part.
How can you explain your condition without a doctor's certificate?
Even if you do explain it, will they understand your condition?
Whether you talk to your family or relatives, talk to the government, or ask for support from an NPO, this will be a heavy burden.
I think this is a future challenge. It's a very difficult problem, but if you contact me I will do my best to help you.
I think one option would be for me to explain the situation to your family (or in some cases, to your work colleagues).
(The only problem is that my condition hasn't improved and I can barely leave the house. But I think I can explain things to you by phone, text, or video.)

"About your relationship with your family"
Another problem is what to do about your relationship with your family and friends.
Your condition will temporarily drop as your facial movements return to normal.
Your mental state will also become very unstable and your personality will change, making it difficult to communicate properly.
I mean, you probably don't want to communicate in this state.
So I think it would be ideal to cut off communication with those around you as much as possible.
But in reality, there are many cases where this is difficult.
How do you explain this to your family?
And even if you do explain it, will they understand?
(If you explain your condition, they may not understand what you're saying, and the situation may become even more confusing. (That was exactly what happened in my case.)
From the perspective of the person concerned, the choice not to go to the hospital is rational, but for the general public, it is something that is completely incomprehensible.
If you are unable to be understood and end up going to the hospital, this is the worst possible situation for the person concerned, as you can imagine.
In my case, it almost happened, and for me it was like a death sentence.

Additional information: Reasons for not going to the hospital
From the perspective of the person concerned, there is no way to confirm that they are ill, and there is realistically zero chance of improvement, so they just keep moving their facial expressions, which causes their facial expression to continue to worsen.
And at some point, there will inevitably be a point where they can no longer do it (they will reach their limit and will no longer be able to continue moving their facial expressions).
In other words, even if they go to the hospital, they will not be able to reach the "goal" of getting confirmation and finding a treatment no matter what they do.
And all that will remain is an extremely deteriorated facial expression.
After that, they will have to take the time to release all the energy of their facial expressions that has been building up.
Moreover, it will take years.
It will have a major impact on their life (and in some cases, even their life).
To be honest, it is not possible to take such a risk.
On the other hand, If you change your facial expression, it is a problem of "how to move your facial expressions" for the person involved, and it is also an extension of facial muscle training.
If you can move and control your facial expressions well, you will improve, so the current situation is that it is much more beneficial to take a method to improve yourself without taking the risk of going to the hospital.

It's difficult, but I don't think there is a magic bullet to solve this problem.
If you can continue to deceive your family until your facial expressions return to normal without explaining it to them, that may be a good idea, but if not, you may have no choice but to explain it.
In that case, please contact me and I will do my best to help you.
I think we can explain it in videos, texts, or over the phone, and I will think about various ways in the future.

Additional information: For those who are currently pregnant or raising small children.
If you are currently pregnant or have small children and are unable to leave the childcare operation yourself, you may need to consider postponing the implementation of the method to restore your facial expressions.
This is because implementing the method to restore your facial expressions will make it difficult to control your facial expressions.
I think your facial expressions will continue to move all day.
Then, you may feel very tired and your sleep time may increase, and in some cases it may be difficult to control your sleep rhythm.
Also, as your facial expressions return to normal, your physical condition may temporarily drop, so I have no experience of whether you will be able to endure the harshness of pregnancy or childbirth in this state, but it may be difficult.
(To repeat, the changes that occur in the body are different between the conscious facial expressions on the left side of the diagram of the four classifications of facial expressions and the unconscious facial expressions on the right side. Things that you were able to endure in the left state may not be tolerable on the right side. So you need to be careful.)
Also, when raising a small child, for example, if you wake up after one hour of sleep because of crying at night and cannot sleep after that, I think it may be very difficult.
The amount of sleep, the state of your facial expressions, and your physical condition are directly related, so if you don't get enough sleep, you may feel very uncomfortable.
As a result, you may not be able to maintain the cycle of expressing your facial expressions for six days and resting for one day, and as a result, your condition may suddenly drop and you may get stuck in a quagmire.
This is very difficult to do on a case-by-case basis, but if you are currently able to control your facial expressions to a certain extent, you can endure pregnancy and childbirth during pregnancy and until your child is about one year old ( This may vary depending on the situation, I don't have experience raising children so there are some things I don't know)
In this case, postponing the improvement of facial expressions for a little while may be an option
(Of course, in some cases, you may be able to implement methods to improve your facial expressions in that state. In that case, I think you will need sufficient support from those around you, including your family)
I think this is also a future issue. If you consult with me, I will do my best to help you as much as possible

Supplement 2: Things to do before implementing methods to improve facial movements
Implementing methods to restore facial movements may make you feel worse and make it difficult to go out
So I think it's better to do what you need to do before you start doing this and your condition worsens
For example, having a health check and then a dental check
In particular, it's better to have dental treatment done
Then, it's quite difficult to go to the dentist until your facial movements return to normal, so I think it's better to brush your teeth properly and floss to prevent cavities
I managed to get a haircut except when I was feeling the worst.
When I couldn't stop my facial expressions and couldn't go out, I would sometimes cut my own hair.

(But this is also difficult, because as my facial expression gets worse, my physical condition also gets worse,
so there is a possibility that I will fail the health check. My blood pressure, pulse, breathing, etc. clearly change depending on my facial expression.
This could make things even more complicated, so I think that everyone needs to judge this while watching how they are. By the way, I didn't have a checkup.
As for dental checkups, depending on the facial expression, your gums may swell or your teeth may become misaligned.
For example, even if they suggest orthodontic treatment or treatment for the alignment of your teeth, I think it's better to refuse it. The facial expression clearly affects your condition, so if you undergo treatment here, it will make things even more strange. I think there is a possibility that it may cause problems. Therefore, I personally think that it is better to limit it to dental checkups and cleanings.
Even if they recommend something, I think it is best to decline by saying, "I'm sorry, but I have circumstances and would like to see how it goes for now.")

Then, since your facial expressions may continue to move all day while they are returning to normal, you will probably pass the time by listening to audio such as the radio.
So it may be a good idea to make a list of what you will listen to in advance.
(Because it is difficult to read text or keep looking at a screen without being able to open your eyes, this is a case-by-case basis, and I think that in your case it is probably not that bad and you may be able to do a little more.)
This will depend on your interests and what you want to do in the future.
In my case, I have been listening to audio on YouTube on my computer.
(In my case, I have watched TV news, podcasts, university lectures, citizen lectures, hospital YouTube channels, Voicy, and many other things. If you look for it, there is a lot of educational content for adults. By the way, I recommend Coten Radio.)

This concludes the section on preparing the environment.
It's a very difficult problem, but I hope we can get through it somehow and aim for recovery.
If you contact me, I will do my best to help you. Please talk to me about anything that's bothering you.
At the moment, I'm open to DMs on Twitter. You can also send messages in the comments section on YouTube. I hope you'll get in touch with me in some way.

Thank you for reading this far.
