冬に働くなら沖縄のリゾートホテルを選ぶ

I choise working at resort hotel in Okinawa in the winter season.

Why？
Because 冬と寒いのが嫌だから

Because, I dislike cold and winter season.

Example?
寒いと外出をしたくないが、暖かい気候なら仕事後や休みの日も積極的に出かけやすい。
また沖縄の方が私にとっての楽しみが多い。
例えば、好きな泡盛や沖縄料理を楽しめる。沖縄の観光名所に行くことで沖縄の歴史について知り自分の知識が増やせる。

I go out actively day off and after working in warm climate, but I don't go out in cold.
And, there are many fun things better in Okinawa for me.
For example, I love Okinawa food and Okinawa alcohol call "AWAMORI ". Also, My knowledge is increase about Okinawa history that I go to many attraction places in Okinawa.

What happen?
(これらの理由から=For the reason) 仕事で疲れていたとしても出かけやすい環境は私のストレスを適度に発散させてくれる。

For the reason,when I tired at work, I relive moderate my stress by easy to go out environment.

How do you spend？
（ストレスを適度に発散できることは私に＝It makes me）仕事とプライベートのバランスをうまく取れる。私の好きな南国の気候を感じながら
楽しく仕事を続けられると思う。

It makes me take a good balance work and private.
I think I will keep on enjoy at work, I like feeling tropical climate.
