掛川城｢おもてなしガイド｣のご利用方法解説 How to use “OMOTENASHI GUIDE”
掛川城でご利用いただける音声ガイドサービス「おもてなしガイド」（提供：ヤマハ株式会社）のご利用方法を解説いたします。
This section explains how to use the voice guidance service "Omotenashi Guide" (provided by Yamaha Corporation) available at Kakegawa Castle.
■｢おもてなしガイド｣とは（What is Omotenashi Guide?）
｢おもてなしガイド｣はヤマハ株式会社により開発されたスマホ向けの音声ガイドアプリです。
ガイドは日本語と英語に対応しております。
"Omotenashi Guide" is a voice guidance application for smartphones developed by Yamaha Corporation. Guides are available in Japanese and English.
掛川城公園では、
・天守閣
・二の丸御殿
・二の丸茶室
・竹の丸
にて、音声ガイドをご利用いただけます。
At Kakegawa Castle Park, audio guidance is available in the following four areas.
・Tenshukaku (castle tower)
・Ninomaru Palace
・Ninomaru Chashitu (Tea House)
・Takenomaru
スマートフォンに専用アプリをダウンロードし、公園内各所に設置されているパネルの番号を入力することで、その場所に関するガイド音声を聞くことができます。
By downloading the dedicated application to your smartphone and entering the numbers of the panels located throughout the park, you can listen to audio guides about the locations.

■ アプリの初回設定(Initial configuration of the app)
アプリを初めて起動する際に必要な設定をご説明いたします。
This section explains the settings required when launching the application for the first time.
① データダウンロード (Data Download)
必要なデータをダウンロードする必要があります。この際の通信料はお客様負担となりますのでご了承ください。
You will need to download the necessary data. Please note that communication charges for this process are to be borne by the customer.
② 各種設定 (Various settings)
各種設定が可能です。お好みに合わせてご設定ください。
Various settings are available. Please make settings according to your preference.
Please select the language you prefer at the bottom of the page.
③ 位置情報・マイク・通知のアクセス許可
(Location, microphone, and notification access permission)
位置情報の使用を許可してください。許可されない場合はガイドを使用することができません。「Appの使用中は許可」をタップしてください。
Please allow the use of location information. If you do not allow it, you will not be able to use the guide. Tap "Allow while using App.
同様に、マイク、通知の使用を許可してください。
Similarly, allow the use of microphones and notifications.
■ガイドを聴く・読む方法 (How to listen to and read the guide)
丸アイコンの下に｢掛川城｣と表示されたら、丸アイコンをタップしてください。
※竹の丸・茶室でのご利用の際も｢掛川城｣と表示されます。
When "Kakegawa Castle（掛川城）" appears below the circle icon, tap the circle icon.
タップすると、番号入力の画面になるので、各エリアに配置されているパネルに書かれた3桁の番号を入力してください。
Tap to enter the three-digit number written on the panel located in each area.
ガイドが表示され、音声ガイドが再生されます。
音声ガイドは周囲のご迷惑にならないよう、音量が小さく設定されています。
電話をするようにスマホを耳にあて、お聞き下さい。
The guide will appear and the voice guide will play.
The volume of the voice guidance is set low so as not to disturb the surrounding environment.
Please listen with the phone to your ear as if you were making a phone call.
