表記について

全ての項目において「トリノコヤ〜Bird Children's Shop〜」を略称である「BCS」と表記します

規約

投稿されている画像及び作品を無断で使用(AI学習含む)及び転載または再配布することを禁止します。
作品の閲覧をした時点で以下の要素を含むことを了承・同意したものとします。
・暴力表現
・性的表現
・グロデスクな表現
・違法行為に関する表現
・宗教に関する表現
・政治に関する表現
・差別に関する表現
・多様性に関する描写
・風刺的表現
・その他、万人受けしない表現

また、こちらの不利益になるようなアカウントに対してブロック等の処置をすることがあります。
この規約はBCSが運営及び管理しているアカウント全てに適用されます。
また、この規約は二次創作の作品にも適用されます。

二次創作について

BCS及び関係作品の二次創作は歓迎しますが、誹謗中傷等を目的とした二次創作は禁止します
作品を投稿することも歓迎しますが、その際は二次創作である旨を記載し投稿するサイト等の利用規約等を遵守してください(公式によるものと誤解される可能性のある表現は絶対に使用しないでください)
また、誰かが不快に感じるような描写(エロ、グロ等)を含む場合はタグを使用しない、検索避けをする、注意書きをする等のゾーニング行為をお願いします
また、二次創作の作品についても作成者が提示したルールに従ってください

記載された規約が守れない場合や規約を守らなかったことによる大きなトラブルが発生した場合、全ての二次創作を禁止する可能性もありますのでご注意ください

二次創作の作成に関しては非常に感謝していますが、最近二次創作の在り方について問われる機会が多いので事前に記載させていただきます
二次創作の盛り上がり次第で変更する可能性があります

BCS及び関係作品の二次創作を利用して収益を得ることは禁止します
グッズ作成(ネットプリントも含む)については使用目的等に関わらず事前にご相談ください(念の為、相談のないグッズ作成は禁止します)
また、BCS及び関係作品に関係する依頼(コミッション)については有償無償問わず禁止します(お題箱等を利用したリクエストは無償でなら可です)

トリノコ制度

BCSはトリノコ制度を採用しています。
トリノコ制度とは、BCSに関する作品に登場するキャラクターを他のBCSに関する作品に登場させることができる制度です。
これにより、メンバー同士で同じ世界観を共有した作品を作ることが可能になります。

※トリノコ制度はBCSのみの制度であり、異世界語リ部プロジェクトには適用できません

※この規約は国や個人の特徴に関係なく適用するものとします
※この規約は予告なく変更する場合があります

Terms
It is prohibited to use, reprint, process, or redistribute all works (images, videos, sounds, sentences, etc.) posted by Yotsuba Sora without permission.

We may block or otherwise process accounts that may be disadvantageous to us without prior notice.
This agreement applies to all accounts operated and managed by BCS.
This agreement also applies to fan-made created by BCS members.

About exceptions
Works created by BCS members for specific individuals can be used only by the target person without permission, regardless of whether they are original or fan-made.

About fan maid (fan fiction)
We welcome the creation of fan-made (fan fiction) of BCS and related works, but it is prohibited to create it for the purpose of slander.
We welcome publishing your work on the internet, but be sure to mention it as fan-made (fan fiction, created by fans) when posting.(Expressions that may be misleading as officially created are also prohibited.)
Also, when posting on the Internet, please observe the terms of use of the website you use.
Do not use commonly used hashtags when posting works that contain offensive depictions (sexual depictions, blood depictions, etc.) in a location that can be seen by a large number of people.
Also, be sure to write in the caption that those depictions are included.
Be sure to follow the rules and regulations set by the author for fan-made (fan fiction) works.
If there are many people who do not follow these rules, or if there is a big trouble due to not observing the rules, we may prohibit the creation of fan maids (fan fiction), so please be sure to follow them.

It is forbidden to make a profit using BCS or fan-made (fan fiction) of related works.
Please be sure to consult us before making goods (including convenience store printing services) regardless of the purpose of use.(We want to know how many requests for making goods.)
Commissions using BCS and related works are prohibited regardless of whether they are paid or free.
However, it is possible to accept requests only for free unless it is created for a specific individual (=Commission).
(The explanation may be difficult to understand because the usage of words is different from that in Japan, but I'm sorry.)

However, in Japan, fan maids (fan fiction) are often hidden and created.

About BCSystem
BCS uses “BCSystem”.
This system allows characters appearing in BCS related works to appear in other BCS related works.
By using this system, it becomes possible for BCS members to share the same view of the world, and it becomes easier to collaborate with each other.

BCSystem can only be used by BCS members.
Does not apply to non-BCS members or non-BCS related works (including IISEKATARI Project).
