Homemade "Umeshu"🥃🥭

I have made umeshu in the last of June. 
I put a lot of green ume and rock candies with liqueur into a bottle.
After 3 monthes has past, I could drink it.

The taste of my Umeshu was so delicious. It tastes sweet and fresh.
There are various ways of drinking Umesh, but I like to drink it with just some ice.

I've also made Ginger liqueur, too. This
tastes also sweet but a little spicy.
I like to drink it with soda because it makes the taste like a Ginger ale.

Actually it was my first time to make homemade liqueur. It was fun and I could feel a sense of accomplishment.
Maybe I will try it again in the next year, too.
