Haneda before dawn
早朝に出発するフライトに搭乗するため、羽田空港に午前5時45分に到着した。1月だと、この時刻はまだ日の出前。空は漆黒で、空港ターミナルはまだひっそりしている。出発ゲートでは、その日の一番機として離陸する航空機が、静かにそして完璧に準備を整えていた。
I arrived at Haneda Airport at 5:45 a.m. to board an early morning flight. In January, it is still before sunrise. The sky is jet black and the airport terminal is still quiet. At the gate, the first aircraft of the day is quietly and perfectly prepared for departure.
