インターン自己紹介

こんにちは！今月の半ばからJC FINANCE PLC.でインターンをさせていただいている久保田花果と申します。

今回はJC FINANCEに興味を持ってくださっている方や、これからJC FINANCEにインターンにくる学生さんに向けて簡単に私の自己紹介をさせていただいます。

＜これまでの活動＞

高校時代

・インターアクト部（部長）

・ボランティア活動

→地域や校内のイベント運営、募金活動、校内や地域の清掃活動

・国際交流

主にはボランティア活動をメインにしていました。私が言語や国際協力に興味を持ったきっかけはインターアクトのおかげと言っても過言ではありません。

大学時代

・カンボジアで国際ボランティア参加

→事業作りを通して国際協力を学ぶツアーに参加

・Z大学（Webメディア）でライターとして活動

・あまいろ商店

→値札のないスーパーマーケット

→フードロスと貧困を同時に解決する

・居酒屋アルバイト

・地域活性化、事業計画

・ジェンダーCM研究

＜参加理由＞

①大学でグローバルな環境に恵まれているにもかかわらず、満足のいく語学力に達していないことと、2年前に短期の社会課題解決体験プログラムでカンボジアを訪れたことをきっかけに、もっと課題や支援、国際貢献、協力について最前線で学びたいと思ったからです！

②もう1つは自分自身が現状から変わりたいと思ったからです。私自身、良くも悪くも環境や人に流されやすい面があります。これから自分の軸を持っていないと生きていけない環境に飛び込み、自分で考え選択し行動する、ストイックな環境だからこそ変わるチャンスがあるのではないかと考えています。またカンボジアで活躍されている日本人の方から沢山刺激を受け、体感することで少しでも私自身が自分の軸を持って、将来のなりたい自分を見つけて帰国できれば良いなと考えています！

JC FINANCEには3月から9~10ヶ月ほど滞在します。

Hello! I'm Hanaka Kubota and I have been an intern at JC FINANCE PLC. since the middle of this month.

I would like to introduce myself to those who are interested in JC FINANCE and to students who are going to intern at JC FINANCE.

Volunteer work.

→Running community and school events, fundraising activities, and cleaning up the school and local area.

International exchange

My main focus was on volunteering. It is no exaggeration to say that it was Interact that got me interested in languages and international cooperation.

<Reasons for participation.

(1) Despite being blessed with a global environment at university, I have not reached a satisfactory level of language skills, and after visiting Cambodia two years ago on a short-term social problem-solving experience program, I wanted to learn more about issues, aid, international contribution, and cooperation from the frontline!

(2)The second is because I wanted to change from the status quo myself. I myself am easily influenced by the environment and people, for better or worse. I believe that I will have a chance to change because I will be in a stoic environment where I have to think, choose and act on my own, where I have to have my own axis. I also hope that by receiving a lot of inspiration from Japanese people who are active in Cambodia and experiencing it, I will be able to have my own axis and find the person I want to be in the future and return home!

I'm going to stay at JC FINANCE for 9~10 months starting in March.
