What is consignment charges ?
There are 2 kinds of consignment charges.
One is Basic charge ,which is determined by peak power.
Second is Electric energy charge , which is determined by the amount of electricity used.
If you reduce peak power in some way,you can reduce basic charge!
About Electric energy charge
Nighttime charges are cheaper than daytime charges.
If the amount of electricity can be shifted from daytime to nighttime, the Electric energy charge can be reduced.

There is consignment-charges-ZERO-model !
It is TPO-PPA, Third-Party Ownership Power-Purchase Agreement!
Is it a destructive business model? I think it may be ・・・
