Sourdough Diary #4 Banana bread

Jan.15 2021  RT ; 22C / RH 40%
*No Feeding
*Ingredients
   Sugar  - 80g
   Melted butter (No salt)  - 110g
   Ripe banana  - 2
   Egg  - 1
   Sourdough starter  -  340g
   Flour ; MAKFA Flour all purpose  - 200g
   Baking powder ; 4g

*Apparatus ; Panasonic NE-BS807

*Procedure
   1. Preheat oven @ 170C
   2. Mix melted butter and sugar
   3. Add mashed bananas and egg, mix well
   4. Add sourdough starter , and mix
   5. Add flour and baking powder, and mix
   6. Grease the pan with olive oil
   7. Put into the pan (18 x 8 cm, 880 ml)
   8. Bake in oven@170C, 50 ~ 60 min

*Feedback
   - The dough was 1.5 times for this pan
      ==> Decrease the amount by 2/3 or prepare a bigger pan
   - Good taste , good texture
   - Add raison, or nuts may also good
